Not that my Wizards account works (I've tried many times, under different email addresses and names, to get an account there and they won't email me my activation link) but if I could vote, I would have to say it's between Brimstone, Clockwork, Rathi, Shivan, and Thunder. Two-Head and Volcanic have had turns in T2 and were cool but unremarkable. Tek, while fun, is not playable and I would like to vote for cards that are at least somewhat competitive. Hunted, nah, it's pretty much brand new and still being opene din packs. Dragon Mage is just bad, sorry buddy. Crimson Hellkite is massive and cool, but has been in the Core Set and is strictly casual.
Of the remaining..
Thunder - current eBay value: $30+. Playable (casts triple-Tremor when he comes into play, and is 5/5 flying for 7), cool (hard to find, nice flavour), and has unique artwork. I can see this winning. I believe it may knock Wildfire from the Core Set if it does, though.
Brimstone - current eBay value: $18. Playable in some cases, although at 8 you'd rather not have to hard cast him. Pretty cool. Not very unique. Haste and flying, nothing else.
Clockwork - Interestingly, brings a fairly complex set of mechanics into the Core Set, if it wins. Moderately powerful and playable.
Rathi - Currently in the Core Set and not seeing a huge amount of play. A nice dragon though. Imagine the playabiligy once Incinerate and Mogg Fantatic are legal at the same time? Yikes. Could win if people are thinking ahead.
Shivan Hellkite - A frickin' huge dragon with a flavourful AND powerful ability. Definitely could win.
The lack of Shivan Dragon on the list basically means he's already being reprinted, which is to be expected anyway. Iconic.

As for art, I would vote for the one that ISN'T artwork of a demonic horror on a white card.
QFT. My vote was Thunder Dragon, because I would be giddy to pull that at the prerelease. I'm sometimes looking for cards to WIN, but I don't own one, and I'm not sure if any will really have an impact... (Though part of me doesn't want to see Sligh decks for two years)

Hang on, I need my gibber-to-english dictionary. Ah yes, here it is,
I think Thunder Dragon is the best card there. It's reasonably hard castable as a win condition and can generate card advantage as soon as it hits the field. The rest are too vulnerable or expensive.
It is between Rathi Dragon and Two Headed Dragon for me. I think that I am going to vote for Rathi Dragon. Back in the day when I started playing I had a burn deck that had Mog Fanatic, Incinerate and my finisher was Rathi. It hasn't seen much play this time around but with the addition of the above cards I would think that it has the potential to see alot of play.
Having a dragon that potentially can be constructed worthy is always a good thing and Rathi and Two Headed seem to be the only ones that are affordable and would see play IMO.
I love Sketch A, but voted for B as it just seems to fit better. A looks almost black. I realy hope they can use it for something else, that would make me happy.
same here sketch A seems like a black mage to me, though sketch B isn't complete the arts looks more suited for COP
aww come on doesn't anybody likes Tek i want my tek

In summation: You are not inherintely superior for using a rogue deck.
I am also voting tek and am going to convince everyone at my local gaming store to vote for tek also. He is easily the most unique dragon out of those shown and maybe it will open up wizards for some gold cards in 11th.
When I saw Thunder Dragon on the list, I almost immediately opened the voting page and voted for it right there. But i took the time to think it over, and my inner voice told me to vote for Shivan Hellkite, as it is the better Limited finisher. Although the more I compare the 2, the more and more Thunder Dragon's CITP is much better than the Hellkite's late-game board sweeping capabilities. So Thunder Dragon all the way...Plus its never been in a REAL set before.
Please, accept that Magic costs money to play, and drop it. A playset of Baneslayers>playset of duals. New Jace>Force of Will. Etc... Not to mention, Legacy is so wide open, that it's easy to build a deck that can perform reasonably well without very many "money staples" at all.
Geez, I hate the Red Dragons R&D design because of the lack of abilities they give them. Just firebreathing/haste/deals damage or some random not worthy ability. -_-'
I think i'll go with the hunted one since he is the cheaper with a more balance drawback compared to Rathi my vote will go to him. As things are looking it fits perfectly for what I want. Just leave wildfire/pyro and we are fine.
edit: Sketch: A
Tek is only good with duals -_- or lets say is good for 3 months.
I couldn't care less about the dragon vote, so if you tell me which one you want I'll vote for you. None of them will get played anyway, so I figure why bother.
If nobody gives me a suggestion, I'll vote dragon mage, cuz its crazy fun in multiplayer, and thats the only place any of these will get played.

Player B: "I shock FSM."
Player A: "Does it do undefined damage?"
Player B: "No."
Player A: "Then it doesn't die. Take your damage *****!"
Player B: "How?"
Thunder Dragon
Just to be able to say "Thunder, Thunder, Thunder Dragon Ho!" when casting it. Then maybe to bounce it and say it again the next turn...
I'm voting Thunder Dragon.
I collect dragons, and own every single one besides Zodiac Dragon, Fire Dragon, and Thunder Dragon.
That said, this would grant easy access to an otherwise somewhat difficult card to find.
That, and it's actually very good.

Clockwork is probably the overall best limited up there, as its an artifact and will be in every deck. By the same token, Hellkite is the most impressive. My vote, however, is split between Thunder and Brimstone, as both of those are nearly impossible to find. Over all, I think I like Brimstone more, but thats only because the art on thunder has ruined my opinion of it; at least currently.
Why are they only offering us red/artifact dragons, if you dont mind my asking? :/ Ebon Dragon, Cloud dragon, and Fire Dragon, haven't been reprinted either!

Cyme we inne frið, fram the grip of deaþ to lif inne ðis smylte land.
I wonder where this is going
I think that they will either:
a) have another dragon vote between the two (or three) winners of this one
or
b) print more than one dragon from the list (two winners, or, and that is an amusing thought, a winner and a loser)
I honestly thought Dragon Mage would be seeing much more love here, considering it's a Wheel of Fortune with legs.
Question: Out of all of these choices, which one has seen the most serious play?
Sure, stuff like Snapping Drake and Goblin Piker are for limited. But Null isn't even playable against a 5 year old whose hand consists of a 6 of Clubs, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Chimney Imp, and a very large cumquat.
I vote for sketch A on story circle...even though the art makes no sense with the name, when are they ever going to have a small group of people (two chuildren or an adult reading to others) reading a book inside a chalk circle with monsters and horrors sittong outside the circle being held at by some mystical force. There could even be light shooting upwards form the Circle on the ground.
As far as the dragon goes I went with the Shivan Hellkite a 5/5 flying beat stick that kills blockers, and can make the game end faster without any further burn. And it hits the flavor of dragons dead on this one actually breaths fire that canhit creatures or players.
Glad to see that crucible made it in and both of the sketches I voted for as well. Im doing quite well as far as this voting thing is concerned. 7 for 7 on cards and 3/4 on sketches and im not able to ckeep track on lands.

Legacy-Mono Blue Fish.
Voted Rathi Dragon, hands down. Although it is essentially impossible to tell of the format when 10th is released, seeing as it will include Coldsnap, all of Timespiral block, and the first set of the next block, but honestly, who isn't drawn by the appeal of Mogg Fanatic + Incinerate + Rathi Dragon? With just core set goods we would have a good base for a new and strong RDW.
That said, I wouldn't mind if Thunder Dragon wins as it is a very good finisher. Just for the love of god give it some better art. I like my finishers and my dragons to inspire fear, not laughter.
I hope Shivan Hellkite doesn't win... The last thing we need is another overpriced underpowered creature in the format. His ability is also on Kumano, who costs 2 cheaper and even removes his targets from the game while still having a decent body and yet Kumano is still completely ignored. What makes you think a more expensive and worse version of him would see any play?

Don't really care about the dragons, but I'm wasting my vote on Hunted Dragon. Reasonably costed and the downside can be easily dealt with. Rathi Dragon would be fine too.

I voted Rathi. I don't mind going back to Tempest era red at all with Fanatic in the set. Now we just need a touch more good burn and a Jackle Pup replacement.
As far as art goes I voted for sketch B. It seems like it would look the cooler in a foil because the colors will most likely contrast more.
Meh... Crucible of Worlds AND Time Stop were both cards I didn't vote for. What's up with Time Stop anyway? It's not being played at the moment, why would it be played when tenth comes around? Ah well...
Voted Tek and sketch A. Tek is ubercool, I loved to play with it in the old days! Plus, it's not red like the rest
For the life of me, I can't figure out why people chose that horrible Might of Oaks sketch over the far superior one. The chose one is just so generic and blah. I was really upset about that and Crucible. I think Forgotten Ancient came to T2 during a period where the card quality was exceptionally high and never really had the chance to shine. It definitely should have had a second chance to shine.
The dragons are all horrible, but if I had to choose one, I guess the quake for three dragon would be best.

It has an arcane ability, so you certainly wont see it on 10th:p
Wow, this week is...:o
I first thought of Crimson Hellkite, but its way to difficult to hardcast. So my choices boil down to shivan hellkite, dragon mage, and rathi dragon.
Decisions, decisions...
Err, I vote for Sketch B
