I get addicted to Guild Wars for a month or so and they print a black Wrath?!
So it's Black Wrath, red Akroma, green Ball Lightning...did I miss a blue Balance and white Yawg Wins too?
I love the shifted frames, and now I want cards from this set.

Attack one beating chicken of 4 cards, then erase 3 minus from your battleax. Never in your main phase will you do a 4 cards risen, but McDonald of 2 to the punish-bin. Again, beat softly to the end.

That's what happens when you get addicted to GW. I haven't played in like a week and I have so much left to do my head hurts.

Search your library for three cards, shuffle your library, then put them on top of your library in any order.
Blue doesn't have to reveal? Or is not revealing ok in this case because you don't draw the cards or adding them to hand?
Blue gets specifc tutoring typically for instants which causes a reveal but here it's just cards. Again, given Long-term plans, this card is a little over the top power wise.

You only have to reveal if it matters what the card was; IE proving it was an instant(ect) if you had to search for an instant(/land/creature/whatever), proving what it's CC is if you have to lose life equal to that, and so on. A generic draw or search for any card doesn't have to be revealed, because it doesn't matter what card it was.

On the other hand, Long-Term Plans sucks. Maybe two cards, though, considering Congregation at Dawn. Just an example, in any case.

Why wouldn't they have two wraths in the format? They're going to for at least 6 months, and they usually have two at a time at least (Akroma's Vengeance, Final Judgement, Damnation, Rout, Planar Collapse.... etc etc.) And next to no one will actually play 4-ofs of both wrath varients. For starters we lose pretty much all our colour fixing as of october (I severely doubt the enemy colour pains will be in 10E in august, and the ravduals rotate out in october) so playing a 2BB and 2WW spell in the same deck with mainly basic lands wouldn't be anywhere near consistent comparitively. You're better off working on a mono-black or mono-white control deck.
Oh, and the fact that idiots have been wanting something for 6 years is no reason for WOTC to actually do something as rediculously moronic as removing Wrath from the base set. Not to mention the fact that if they pulled Wrath for Damnation then that'd be giving the people who have been whining about wrath being too powerful another spell that is EXACTLY THE SAME but in the colour with even MORE creature removal.
Right now we have Wrath of God, Sunscour, Culling Sun, Hour of Reckoning, Plague Wind and Damnation in T2 at the same time. Of those, 3 are playable (Wrath, Scour and Damnation... scour's great in martyrtron and snow white). If people were that worried about multiple kill-all effects in T2 at once, then they'd be complaining about all the more expensive ones too.
Oh, and as someone who built B/W Control using Dimir House Guard, there's nothing wrong with running "8" wraths (4 wraths, four tutors for wraths), although no one's gonna do it... well, no one good anyway.
1) I didn't say 8 creature sweepers; I said 8 Wraths. Final Judgment and its ilk were overcosted specifically to prevent Standard from having too many 4cc sweepers, because they're unbalancing. Putting House Guard into a deck with Wraths means you have some 4cc sweepers and some 8cc sweepers. Still not 8 Wraths, or even 8 sweepers, really.
2) I'm not afraid of 1 deck getting to run tons of Wraths. That would be dealt with through the metagame. I'm afraid of virtually every deck getting to run some Wraths. That's a serious problem for the format, since there's nowhere to go for correction.
3) Hmm. What happens in 2 years that doesn't happen in 6 months? I know! A whole block passes by with one card in it having defined the whole thing. Beatdown players lose interest in the game and stop attending tournaments. Formats become stale. There is a really enormous difference between 6 months and two years.
What?! Look at the initial post; he is dead. Deceased. Kaputt. Indefinitely horizontal. In mafia games, you see, people are occasionally "killed off," and when that sad event occurs, he or she is no longer allowed to post, on account of rigor mortis and what-have-you.
'Welcome to Mafia Salvation', it said, 'Population: 3,660.' And someone, they never figured out who, had painted on the sign in red letters: '1,831 to lynch.'
