Two questions for this setup:
1)Will Saskia deal 6 or 12 damage to player A?
2)Will player A receive this damage as commander damage, since the damage triggering the ability is combat damage from a commander, or does Saskia's final ability denote noncombat damage being dealt to the chosen player?
1. 12 damage. Saskia will deal 3, doubled to 6, damage to player B, then her trigger will deal 6, doubled to 12, damage to player A.
2. The damage dealt to player A is not combat damage due to the source being a triggered ability, and it is thus not commander damage, either.
Inquisitor's Flail only doubles combat damage, so you'll only do 6 damage to player A. That damage won't count as Commander damage because it's not combat damage either.

Inquisitor's Flail effect is a replacement effect. Saskia will deal 6 combat damage and her triggered ability will deal 6 more, to a total of 12, of which 6 are commander damage.
Right, but they said Saskia was attacking a second player.
