I control Carrion Beetles equipped with Spy Kit giving it all names. I then tap the Carrion Beetles to exile 3 instants/sorceries form my graveyard. Can I now cast one of the exiled cards if an Arcane Savant enters the battlefield?
I want to say yes because the Carrion Beetles were named Arcane Savant when they exiled the cards, but this obviously isn't how the card was designed to work so I could be wrong :3
I this really the case, though? The rules explicitly state the following:
607.2a If an object has an activated or triggered ability printed on it that instructs a player to exile one or more cards and an ability printed on it that refers either to “the exiled cards” or to cards “exiled with [this object],” these abilities are linked. The second ability refers only to cards in the exile zone that were put there as a result of an instruction to exile them in the first ability.
The savant however has a small difference as it says cards "exiled with cards named like [this object]".

Using current rules for unreleased cards is not a good idea. We will most likely see an addendum to that rule to cover this specific interaction since Arcance Savant is the first card with this template.
Follow-up: The rules for linked abilities have been expanded

If an object has a static ability printed on it that allows a player to exile one or more cards
“before you shuffle your deck to start the game” and an ability printed on it that refers to cards
“exiled with cards named [this object’s name],” the second ability is linked to the first ability of
any objects that had the specified name before the game began.
Going a step further, and somebody can correct me, but even if that ruling clarification were not made, and even if the abilities were not "linked," this still wouldn't work.
Spy Kit would give Carrion Beetles the name "Arcane Savant" when on the battlefield. The permanent would have the name Arcane Savant. But it still wouldn't be "A card named Arcane Savant," would it? The card itself is still named Carrion Beetles.
Assuming a "casual" format, the card is named "Abattoir Ghoul Abbey Gargoyles Abbey Griffin ... Zuran Enchanter Zuran Spellcaster". What you're talking about is more like a "base name", but no rule or effect currently uses a concept like that to function.

Arcane Savant has what is known as a "Linked Ability". That means its second ability can only ever "see" cards exiled by its first ability.
