Can Cavern of Souls that has named eldrazi be used to pay for the blue in the "emerge" cost of Wretched Gryff or Elder Deep-Fiend?

Yes as Emerge is an alternate casting cost you are still "casting" the spell and Cavern of Souls' blue mana can be used.
