This works with tokens yes? I seem to be having trouble finding an exact definition in my rulebook PDF for permanents as well, if anyone could kindly define that for a different card.

Wanted -Zombie Foils and older expensive Zombie stuff. High Priority- Beta Z Master/ Int. Collector's Edition.
A creature token that enters the battlefield is a creature entering. It's not a creature card entering but that card doesn't care about that.

A creature is a creature, and that's what will trigger Impact Tremors. It doesn't distinguish between token and nontoken creatures (unlike, for example, Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit).

Yes, tokens are permanents, by definition:
110.1. A permanent is a card or token on the battlefield. A permanent remains on the battlefield indefinitely. A card or token becomes a permanent as it enters the battlefield and it stops being a permanent as it's moved to another zone by an effect or rule.
110.5. Some effects put tokens onto the battlefield. A token is a marker used to represent any permanent that isn't represented by a card.
Also relevant:
109.2. If a spell or ability uses a description of an object that includes a card type or subtype, but doesn't include the word "card," "spell," "source," or "scheme," it means a permanent of that card type or subtype on the battlefield.
Any creature, token or not, entering the battlefield triggers this enchantment's ability.
