Can Song enchant Omniscience? If it can (and does enchant Omni), does the Show and Tell player ever have a window to cast Cunning Wish for free?
You cannot. Auras must enter the battlefield attached to something. That something cannot be something that is entering the battlefield at the same time as the aura.

The permanents put onto the battlefield by Show and Tell enter at the same time, so you can't do this. You have to pick a permanent that's already on the battlefield for Song of the Dryads to enchant.

With Show and Tell, all cards enter the battlefield at the same time, and you can't put an Aura on a card that enters the battlefield at the same time (that's the reason why Warp World specifically puts enchantments on the battlefield last). If your opponent used Hypergenesis instead of Show and Tell, then the cards would enter the battlefield one at a time and you COULD put your Song of the Dryads on his Omniscience. Since he can't cast spells until Hypergenesis finishes resolving, he wouldn't be able to get a free Cunning Wish in this case.
