With the full spoiler revealed I'm uncertain if this still goes here. If thats not the case I'm sorry.
With Kheru Spellsnatcher does timing still matter when it comes to casting an exiled spell, and is that spell still able to be cast if Kheru Spellsnatcher is no longer on the battlefield? I was told it works akin to Spelljack but I wasn't around for that card.
1. The normal timing for that card still applies. You only get to ignore timing if the ability asks you to cast the spell only at a certain point (right away like in Cascade, or "at the beginning of the next end step", etc).
With a duration during which you can cast it ("as long as it remains exiled", "until end of turn", "this turn"), you still follow the card's regular timing rules.
2. You don't need to still have Spellsnatcher on the battlefield to cast it.
This is because Spellsnatcher's ability sets a duration ("for as long as it remains exiled"), so that's what needs to still be true to let you cast the spell; you don't need Spellsnatcher after its ability has triggered.
