Question:
Does marset remove the timing restritions to the spells she exiled when attacking?
FYI:
Narset, Enlightened Master
3URW
Legendary Creature - Human Monk
First strike, hexproof
Whenever Narset, Enlightened Master attacks, exile the top four cards of your library. Until end of turn, you may cast noncreature cards exiled with Narset this turn without paying their mana costs.
3/2
Long Answer: The attack trigger for Narset, Enlightened Master changes the zone from which the exiled cards can be cast, and allows those cards to be cast without paying their mana costs. Timing restrictions for casting those cards stay the same since Narset's trigger doesn't change any timing restriction rules specifically. For that to be true, Narset, Enlightened Master would say that the exiled cards gain flash or that they can be played as an instant.
The only time an effect will "change the timing restrictions" is when it tells you to cast the cards right now, as the effect resolves. Narset just gives you general permission to cast the cards until the end of the current turn.
