Now I have an odd argument, say I have a 2/2 with indestructible and someone casts shock, does dealing damage to said creature remove It from combat? Like say I wanted to attack with It that same turn, could I? or Is It removed from combat?
A creature being Indestructible is different than if it regenerates. The reason why a creature which regenerates taps and is removed from combat is because Regeneration specifically tells it to.
Your indestructible 2/2 creature will not be tapped, can continue to attack, and is not removed from combat were it dealt further lethal damage (it would be destroyed if it somehow stopped being Indestructible, though!)

So basically I could Block/Attack with It no matter how much spell damage it takes? As long as it isn't tapped?
Sure, why not?
I'm sorry, this one Is confusing.
It is not confusing, it is very simple. You just need to stop thinking about how other abilities that aren't 'Indestructible' work. The rules for regeneration, hexproof, protection, etc, doesn't apply here.
Indestructible just means it can't be destroyed. Period, end of sentence. Damage and "destroy" effects don't destroy it, and that's all. Nothing else happens, the creature can still attack and block as normal because nothing says otherwise.
Moved to Magic Rulings. In the future, please use this forum for rules questions regarding cards that are not part of the current spoiler season. Thanks!
