If I put a Constricting Sliver into play, then I put three more slivers into play, exiling three creatures underneath them, then an opponent kills Constricting sliver, what will happen the other three slivers die? They no longer have the ability that returns the exiled creatures to play.
The return trigger effect is associated and set up with the triggered ability, it's not tied to any static ability on the slivers. The exiled creatures will return to the battlefield when the Slivers die.

To be precise, there's not even a return trigger -- it's a duration ability which stops applying when the creature leaves the battlefield.
