Let's say you have Marchesa, the Black Rose out as well as a sac outlet and a couple of creatures with +1/+1 counters on them. If you sacrifice the creatures can your opponent stop the creatures from dying and triggering with for exampleTormod's Crypt? If the creatures have successfully died and triggered, does it matter if they change zone afterwards? For example if you exile them to cast Skaab Ruinator will they still return to play at end of turn? Thanks in advance for any clarifications.
Marchesa's ability will only track them if they remain in the graveyard until the end of the current turn. If they leave the graveyard for any reason, they are treated as a different object and can't be returned. Note that this remains true even if they are somehow returned to the graveyard. For example, if you use Tortured Existence to return one to your hand, and then discard it again, it's a different object and won't be returned.

I have a question concerning this topic. Whenever a creature with a +1/+1 counter dies under my control, it says return that card to the battlefield. Isn't it then allowed for that card to return to the battlefield from whatever zone it is in that is public knowledge for the game? Because it doens't specifiy that it should remain in GY and it says that card.
Nope, it has to still be in the graveyard. As Wildfire says, if the card leaves the graveyard, it's treated as a new game object and won't move from its new location.
Also note that Marchesa triggers when the creature "dies", so if a replacement effect (like Rest in Peace, etc.) moves it to exile instead then it didn't "die" and Marchesa won't trigger at all.
