Say I attack opponent A with Aurelia, the Warleader and opponent B with Scourge of the Throne (for the sake of argument 'cause I can always just attack the same player) are the extra combat phases cumulative? Will I get another 2 extra combat phases after that first combat phase? One from Aurelia, the Warleader and the other from Scourge of the Throne? Assuming, of course, that the extra combat phase clause on both creatures triggers.

Yes, you will gain two additional combat phases. However, you won't get to untap your creatures between these extra combats. Both Aurelia and Scourge untap your creatures when their abilities resolve, during the (original) Combat Phase, right before setting up a new combat phase to start after the current one.
Also, I don't see the point of attacking two players. This works the same if you attack the same player with both the angel and the dragon (assuming that player has the most life, of course).
Anyway, it would be like this:
* First Main Phase
* Combat Phase, Beginning of Combat Step
* Combat Phase, Declare Attackers Step. Aurelia and Scourge attack. Both creatures' abilities trigger. When the first one (let's say, Aurelia's) resolve, you untap your creatures and an additional combat phase is set up after this one. When the second one (let's say, Scourge's) resolves, you untap your creatures (except they are already untapped...) and another additional combat phase is also set up (between Aurelia's extra combat and the current one).
* Combat Phase, Declare Blockers Step... Combat Damage Step... End of Combat Step.
* First additional Combat Phase. Aurelia and Scourge may attack again, because they are untapped.
* Second additional Combat Phase. Creatures that attacked in the first additional combat would be tapped now, so they can't attack.
* Second Main Phase
Thought i would add to this if you attack with only one of them in the first combat phase to get an additional combat phase then attack with the other it will give you a 3rd combat phase while also untapping your creatures in the 1st and 2nd combat phases.
