First question that comes to mind when I see this card:
Is Jodah considered a 5-color Commander/General due to all five mana symbols being present in his text box? I feel this is correct, but wanted to verify.
If so, seems like he would be a fun "good stuff" leader. Time to brew!

His color identity is indeed five-colored due to having WUBRG in his text. You can make a textbook five-color goodstuff EDH deck with him in the style of many Cromat decks with the added advantage that your commander is a four-mana creature with only three colored requirement.
It's the same case as with General Tazri who is the head of most 5cc combowombo competitive EDH decks.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
When he was first announced in Dominaria I initially went with a Magus Wizard theme from Time Spiral block when I was putting a list together while coming to the realization that it seemed like one of those decks that doesn't look good on paper but has the potential to play really well. So I got to thinking about utilizing his Fist of Suns ability instead of going Wizard tribal and found more synergy with Sunburst, Converge, and Domain with the focus being centered around casting high CMC spells for WUBRG such as Enter the Infinite which is a wincon in of itself.
Ideally I thought about running Eldrazi's yet I felt that they were too cheap even though it is tempting. Riptide Laboratory gives me a way to protect Jodah, Archmage Eternal since he's a Wizard so that I can keep casting all my spells for WUBRG without any fear of removal. Primal Surge kind of felt out of place in the deck since it's only really effective with abilities that allow you to stack your library such as Sensei's Divining Top and Soothsaying. One of my friends is wanting to run him for 5 Color Commander but I'm still waiting to see what the rest of Dominaria has in store for us.

"Restriction breeds creativity." - Sheldon Menery on EDH / Commander in Magic: The Gathering
"Cancel Culture is the real reason why everyone's not allowed to have nice things anymore." - Anonymous
"For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?" - Mark 8:36
"Most men and women will grow up to love their servitude and will never dream of revolution." - Aldous Huxley, Brave New World
"Every life decision is always a risk / reward proposition." - Sanjay Gupta
So,now that the set is pretty much out, does anyone have any ideas as to how to make him a commander of a deck other than 5C Good Stuff?
The lore nerd in me wants to build a 5C Historic Matters deck, with Jhoira, Raff, and Teshar as key cards. But that leads to Legendary creature "tribal", which is pretty much good stuff all over again.
Then I thought about a 5c group-hug deck, but there's so many options I just don't know where to begin...
Does anyone have any creative and fun takes on this?
What about a Weatherlight Crew theme deck? Put in Jhoira, Tiana, Shanna, Raff, Arvad, Slimefoot, Gideon, Liliana, Teferi and the Weatherlight. Then fill it up with cards that are good with their respective abilites. This could lead to a fun deck that's far away from good but has a lot of stuff.
The trouble with that kind of deck is that Jodah's ability will rarely be useful unless you put some expensive cards in there as well, though Converge and Sunburst cards also work well with him.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
