Growing Rites 2G Legendary Enchantment
When Growing Rites of Itlimoc enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal a creature card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control four or more creatures, transform Growing Rites of Itlimoc.
Cradle Legendary Land
T: add G
T: Add G for each creature you control.
Yea... Expensive Gaea's Cradle got you down? Have a small hoop for arguably a better one. In decks that would want this effect this is basically 2G: dig 4 deep for a creature then transform at EOT. Im not sure how many decks currently in standard will want this but it sure helps. Modern im also skeptical as to its usefulness (apart from in Elves). EDH this is a shoe in for basically and deck that makes tokens or wants to develop a board state.
EDIT: Re reading, the land side is strictly better as OG cradle cannot make mana without creatures. This will be a nutty EDH all star and will be a pricey pull in draft. Image added taken from Mythic Spoiler.
As does nearly every commander deck ever that runs green. Totally getting one for my Naya Mayael deck, and one for the dino-deck I intend to build. Would probably find a home in my Simic Evo deck as well....

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
This is too insanly easy to trigger! This would still be pretty good if it flipped at upkeep. But you just casually drop this when your opponents are tapped out or you know they dont have much instant speed spot removal and boom.
Love it, shame its going to be pretty expensive haha

But reminder gaea's cradle it's only $200 because it's reserved and how powerful it is
And this is a loop hole on reprinting it and will be printed pretty dang often we got approximately two years before ixalan rotates out and this is only rare and the flips are just going to appear as often as the regular rares
With that said this is probably going to be something like $15-$40 (might get a jump like Jace, Vryn's Prodigy did.)
The cradle wasn't great In Standard times during the urza sets
Also the only modern deck that can take this is elves
...so an entire rare sheet is spoiled and everything looks ho-hum... only for the real value of the set to be found in useful reprints and fascinating dual-face cards

Nykthos devotion can use it, too. The only restriction is a lot of creatures so it is a non-bo with Garruk Wildspeaker.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Here is the downside that kind of hurts it: You have to search for a creature with the comes into play effect. The rest of the cards you search up will end up on the bottom of the deck and without some other way to really go through the deck quickly that can potentially be bad. I could see someone playing this and then due to chance ends up missing land drops or puts some important non-creature spell on the bottom of the deck. Oath of Nissa is pretty similar, but gives way more flexibility even if it doesn't dig as deep.

BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern:
RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.

More importantly, though, where's my flip Tolarian Academy?

I've long thought that enchantments transforming into something else like rituals were something missing from previous transform cards.

True but this is still not a instantiously flip you still need quite a few stuff to flip it on the turn it comes out.
Commander no problem
Standard and modern might be tricker for (except for elfs in modern though.)
Legacy never ever going to happen because the can turn 0 with gaea's cradle
...so an entire rare sheet is spoiled and everything looks ho-hum... only for the real value of the set to be found in useful reprints and fascinating dual-face cards
I can honestly say that I didn't see this coming.

I don't think Ixalan is civilized enough to have a Tolarian Academy.
It would be useful with the Treasures though.
