This is going to be more than a limited card. This + Endless One or Walking Ballista for 0, then play a swamp and cast this. Plus, you'd need to activate revolt to Fatal Push this.
This may even be Modern playable. This is a very good card, an extremely good uncommon.
I forget the name of the vampire from Zendikar that was similarly good
Vampire Nighthawk? It actually found its way into Constructed vampire decks both when ZEN and M13 (which of course had more vampires because Innistrad) were in Standard, and I think I've even seen it in Modern a few times. It's also been in numerous precons. Two Commander precons and two Dual Decks. (Oddly, not the Oloro precon, even though it has lifelink.) It also passed the Bloodchief Ascension test (efficient and/or evasive creature with at least 2 power).
In my own case, I have a fun story about holding off an illusion deck's Sun Titanclones about a month after M12 debuted with a Blade of the Bloodchief-equipped Nighthawk until it was something like 26/27 and I'd taken out all my opponent's creatures with flying.
This does have a few downsides compared to the Nighthawk: Costing 4 mana instead of 3, Bird tribal isn't as good as Vampire tribal (and IIRC there's no Bird tribal in Standard right now, certainly nothing as awesome as Blade of the Bloodchief), and no lifelink. But you do get one more point of power. It's still probably Constructed-playable and certainly limited playable (The most obvious limited comparison is strictly-worse Jagwasp Swarm and colorshiftedversions of that, which also saw a lot of play; in fact, most limited players are willing to sacrifice a point of power for evasion.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
I wanna try to get as close to playing Delver in standard as I can with this little buzzard.
This and Heir of Falkenrath gives you 8 3/2 fliers that can easily be dropped on turn 2. That along with a suite of 1 CMC removal spells like Shock, Fiery Temper, Magma Spray, and Lightning Axe is going to make sure your opponent isn't blocking either of them. Not to mention half of those can also hit face. Supplemented by beefier removal spells like Grasp of Darkness. This deck should also be able to turn on Fatal Push fairly easily as well.
I think RB "Delver of Corpses" is going to be my new deck.
Edit: Playing Insolent Neonate turn 1 lets you cast two of these on turn 2 after you sac it to itself.
We're playing on a plane that is basically one foot through the door away from turning into Egyptian Dark Souls. I don't think there will be any shortage of things dieing to make this almost always be a one cost 3/2 flying deathtouch.

I'm pretty hyped for this. Those are Delver stats. Chances are it doesn't come out turn one, but you're playing aggro so you should have plenty of early plays. A one drop into Push and this is a brutal opening. R/B Aggro comes to mind as a good home for this (with burn, removal, and aggressive creatures). Although I have been out of standard for a little while this card in that kind of deck might pull me back in. It makes it hard to play defense well. E.g. Either they block and trade with your one-drop and you get potentially get 2 3/2 flyers on turn 2 or they let you get more damage in. This could see some Modern play, in my opinion.
This is perfec to my UB emerge deck. Is a great food for emerge casted by 1 black or can cast it when sacrifice a other creature for emerge cost, it hace a use un both sides.
Other interesting thing os when die any creature, so you can sac eldrazi scion tokens forma mana and cast this little bird for 1b.
Yeah, I think this is probably my number 1 pick for multi-format allstar. I like it even more than Harsh Mentor since it isn't just a hate card, but actually can be used as a mainboard piece in aggressive strategies.
In standard things are a little bit different, though. To trigger this bird you really need some way to sacrifice a creature, which leaves you with Insolent Neonate as one of the earliest self sacrifice plays you have. Reliable scion generation doesn't really start until turn 3 and on turn 2 you need some kind of free sacrifice outlet to get the earliest scions online so I'm not sold on that being good for an aggro strategy as much as a midrange ramp.
I think the best move with Bone Picker is to use Insolent Neonate and Bomat Courier as the early sacrifice plays as it just doesn't feel like it fits in a mid-range shell. Given we got a lot of good aggressive black drops right now along with red, Rakdos aggro looks pretty freaking good right now. Heck I could probably windmill slam a deck in about 10 minutes on the deck builder that could work with this guy...
Also, yes that is a plague belcher and yes we aren't playing zombie tribal. The thing is just too damn good at 3 cmc when you have Scrapheap Scrounger and Dread Wanderer, and it's a 5/4 with menace most of the time.
Depending on how bad the Gideon deck turns out to be you may need to go up to 4x on the Grasp of Darkness or the never to return (how do we get that card to work on this board?).

I'd include some Shocks against Saheeli Combo and for Turn 2 Shock on opposing thread + Bone Picker. Also Fatal Push is a clear 4 of for the same reason.
yeah Fatal push would definitely be in there. Also you can tell I basically slapped that one together because I forgot to swap out the Sea Gate Wreckage. In Rakdos you basically have to have Fatal Push and Shock (maybe Magma spray for scrounger?) in the 75. I just didn't get to the last 15 cards because I wasn't sure what to put in there yet.

Neonate I get, but Bomat Courier is just a huge nonbo with Bone Picker unless you're just counting on your opponent blocking and killing it all the time, which goes for any of the deck's weenies, really. Walking Ballista at least can be chucked into the graveyard at any time. I feel like Picker might also play well with Bone Splinters as well.
For some reason I keep forgetting about Walking Ballista. I think it's due to another build I'm running for UGBKefnet the mindful and that deck has a lot of really good options for hating out artifacts. I really think Bone Picker and Plague Belcher are two very strong cards in black at the moment. The -1/-1 counters are throwing a lot of deck builders off at the moment because they haven't wrapped their heads yet completely on the fact it's being used in this set like a reversed, more limited form of +1/+1 counters. And this is strictly talking standard: I think modern players already got the picture given the mad specs I've seen lately.
Also, Bone Picker is one of the threats, so using Bomat Courier to reload your hand isn't game ending and usually a good thing. You'll end up drawing into other threats you have in the deck or maybe another Bone Picker. Not to mention sometimes you will need to get some removal in your hand and all you got are threats, in which case you basically need to bomb the hand and get your bomat gift wrapped package of happiness. I've achieved happiness about 75% of the time. The other quarter is usually sadness because he gave me lands.

I think this card is deceptively powerful. I'm running a goodstuff cube with ce moxen and strong removal and I think this has a serious shot of getting into it. definitely picking up a few foils if I see them for cheap.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.

Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Another thing that comes to mind (for modern) are evoke-creatures such as Ingot Chewer.
Or cards like Sakura-Tribe Elder that can be sacrificed without card disadvantage. It's a slower playstyle though.
Depends on the strategy I suppose. Loading up your graveyard for something (Delirium???) could synergize with the combo of those I listed or yours you listed. I'm not saying its a good or bad combo right now. I'm saying it exists. A turn 1 3/2 flyer with deathtouch in the right deck could present pressure viable for competitive Modern, or not it remains to be seen.

You could definitely go for the 0 cost route, but I don't know if I want to run out of gas that fast in a match up. 3 in the air with lifelink is good, but alone that isn't going to win the game and you really want multiple threats that have good power to run that in an aggressive build.

The deck I'm actually brewing with Bone Picker is zombie aristocrats in frontier / standard. The problem right now with zombies in amonkhet is that the humans are just so much better. We're basically going to see a human boros deck 100% for sure looking at how they stacked the set and it's going to turn into a game of "can you outrace them?". So far mathematically the answer has been no, but I'm trying hard.

Bone Picker costs 3 less to cast if a creature died this turn.
Flying Deathtouch

This card is gonna be fun to play. Im luving all these creatures that can come out earlier and has some punch.

The best part is it says ''if A creature''. Any creature. OP's creatures also. So...could it fit in Rakdos Beatdown or Control black?

Other early sacrifice outlets in this format include Vampiric Rites, Bone Splinters, Eldrich Evolution (may be slow, but can also outright get the bird onto the field as well), and Indulgent Aristocrat. In Amonkhet, however, there is Channeler Initiate and Exemplar of Strength that you can use to put an early Blister Pod into the graveyard to power in the bird turn 3.
