Wow... a FROG HORROR! What do you guys think of The Gitrog Monster?? I feel like it has huge potential in combo decks for dredge and self milling... What do you guys think his price range will end up being down the road?

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice The Gitrog Monster unless you sacrifice a land.
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
Whenever one or more land cards are put into your graveyard from anywhere, draw a card.
Looks like SCG is preselling for $10. Which is ridiculous. I don't see this card being played competitively whatsoever. Also, remember, if you Traumatize yourself, you can't draw more than one card. But on the other hand, it's pretty silly with Retrace. It's definitely a great casual card, but I really can't see it anywhere else. Unless Gitrog Monster + Molten Vortex becomes the next great standard combo.
I also want to add that Abundance basically allows you to discard lands for free (as well as completely strip your deck), and Greenseeker (as long you have a land in hand) pretty much reads {G},{T}: Draw a card.
Also, OP's name is JC Denton, and that's awesome. Just wanted to point that out.
For 5 mana it looks like it can be playable. You will need an additional draw engine. It seems there is one. Sin Prodder I'm not overly sure on three colors for this standard. There might be faster better two color decks that are still playing dragons of tarkir cards. If there is a good enough life gain mechanic such as feed the clan or some other kind of life mechanic then sure. At the moment though I'm not sure. RGB tends to have a lot of great two mana or less catch all removal spells. I don't know how many of those kinds of black spells exist in standard at the moment. I know that there are a lot of cheap white removal spells.
Works well with Tireless Tracker being able to play an additional land and get more clues which draw more cards
Anyone thought of the modern implications? Pretty sure you can dredge your entire deck with this in play. Dredging a grave troll probably draws 2-3 and its legendary so you use Goryo's vengeance to put it into play on the cheap.
I don't think kermit will be that impressive in standard or even modern, but he should be pretty gross in edh. he turns drown in filth type cards into draw spells and can mill your whole deck with a sacrifice outlet and dakmor salvage.
Here's my thoughts on this guy. Summer bloom. Realms uncharted to grab dakmor salvage. And have Lotleth troll/ Wild mongrell in play. Draw your entire deck. As long as you're playing kozelek or ulamog, you'll be able to draw your entire deck. Cash summer bloom. Drop three lands. Discard kozelek, discard a land from your hand shuffle your deck and draw a card till you hit summer bloom, cast again. You'll get all your lands in play. Since you have your entire deck in your hand either play reign of filth or squandered resources sac all your lands, cast amnist awakening with all the mana, hit all your lands untapped, do something stupid, exsanguanate? Literally you can play any card you run on your deck that turn.
There's got to be a Jund Loam/Goryo's list we could make with it. The Gitrog/Assault/Dakmor interaction is powerful enough, and can come out early enough, that it at least warrants testing.

Ah yep. A case of RTFC. Unfortunate but I guess there still could be things to do with this. The effect is very unique
