Eldrazi Displacer is an amazing new card that allows for a lot of shenanigans. I didn't want to hijack the Standard thread since that thread is really about this card's potential affect on standard.
So, with Modern Casual in mind, brew away.
Notable Mentions: Training Grounds > This makes the ability cost C, to clarify. This makes combos harder, less cards repeatedly add C.
You've already covered blinking in response to Evoke's sacrifice trigger (so that's Shriekmaw for me), but one unintuitive interaction is that you can blink Tidehollow Sculler/Fiend Hunter in response to their ETB triggers so their LTB triggers fire first and don't return anything, then two of their ETB triggers fire and exile two things. Thus, you permanently exile one card and sit on another card.

You have what...2-3 colorless sources in the entire deck? How are you ever activating him all that often?
You play 2-3 Gavony Township, I guess you may add 1-2 Wooded Bastion... It would be interesting to play Knight of the Reliquary to be able to tutor for them and other interesting colorless mana producers like Ghost Quarter and such. You're right, we need quite a few more dedicated lands for it to work consistently.

Yeah, I'm on 3 Townships, a Tectonic Edge, and a Brushland, and it still doesn't feel like enoug colourless support. Luckily, Eldrazi Displacer is a bamf at dying to Bolt, so it doesn't activate its ability as often as you'd think. Unchecked, blinking Eternal Witness and Shriekmaw does run away with games, though.
You can use the Displacer to reset Walker of the Wastes, growing him proportioanately to the number of new Wastes on the battlefield since you cast him. You can also use it to reliably trigger Eldrazi Mimic, so you always have something large to swing with, but the ETB tapped clause makes this somewhat less effective. It does let you trigger him on defense I suppose.
Karric but the Displaxcer can only blink creatures, and when it does blink Endless One, the Endless does enter the battlefield without any counters as 0/0

You don't need to blink Walker of the Wastes, his pump effect is a static ability. It always changes depending on however many Wastes you have. Also in the future please use card tags, especially for new cards.

I'm not blinking Ugin. Rather, the mana-ramping from oracle makes Ugin easy to play early, and Ugin's ultimate lets me dump my hand. Unfortunately there's no easy way to turn Ugin into a creature for blinking.
Why not go Esper which let us have better spells like path, go for the throat/doom blade and counterspells to protect us while we assembling the combo pieces as well as cantrips like serum vision, sleight of hands and card draw like anticipate?

Reveillark
Less Obvious Synergy:
Evoke "leaves battlefield" creatures: Meadowboon, Nevermaker, Spitebellows, etc.
Avalanche Riders

Pierce Strider
Ravenous Rats
Wall of Omens
Blade Splicer
Orzhov Pontiff
Solemn Simulacrum
Venser, Shaper Savant
Coiling Oracle
Stonehorn Dignitary
Infinite
Brood Monitor / Emrakul's Hatcher = infinite etb/ltb triggers.
Village Bell-Ringer + enough C mana dorks + other tappers = infinite C & tap triggers.
Krark-Clan Ironworks + Precursor Golem (sac tokens) = infinite C w/o TG *Also colorless*
Pestermite + Pristine Talisman + Training Grounds = infinite life.
Celestial Dawn + Training Grounds
*Turns nonW mana into C, allowing for more combos.
Priest of Urabrask - loop w/o TG / infinite mana with TG.
Soulbright Flamekin - infinite mana (gotta pay 3 first though to start the loop).
Burning-Tree Emissary - infinite mana.
...and many more. Not trying to be a complete list, just fun deck ideas.

> Combo - Coiling Oracle is good value imho. It puts lands into play untapped, and with a C mana base, hitting a land usually means another go. Crazy CA that usually finds a copy of Displacer so that they can protect each other.
> Combat - Endless One + Ghostfire Blade holds the fort well enough, and I just really want to use it.
> Spells - Stubborn Denial (reliable here) / Spatial Contortion (testing it).
> Win-cons - Ugin, the Spirit Dragon / Triskelion *Trisk essentially reads "C: Bolt."
> Lands - Eldrazi Temple, Eye of Ugin, Cavern of Souls, Reliquary Tower, Mana Confluence, Holdout Settlement, Wastes.

I wouldn't blink Endless One, he's just good value with Ghostfire Blade and Eye of Ugin.

If Emeria Shepherd is on the field
Then do the Eldrazi Displacer on any of the following
Coiling Oracle
Farhaven Elf
Knight of the White Orchid (if you have fewer lands)
Ondu Giant
And ofcoarse Primeval Titan
This also goes with creatures that can bring land cards to your hand/top of library
Then you can get almost everything back from your graveyard very quickly
Oh yea this also goes with landfall decks.
White:
eldrazi displacer
Blue:
Training grounds
Incubator Drone
Eldrazi Skyspawner
Black:
Blood Artist
Zulaport Cutthroat
Eldrazi displacer with training ground + Incubator Drone or Eldrazi Skyspawner + Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat = infinite life and damage.

Would love to have more input to improve!
This is something I've been wondering about, actually..
Does conflict with in any way? Like, so I can use Scrying Sheets to pay the required for Eldrazi Displacer in a white deck?

only requires that the mana be truly colorless. Scrying Sheets now actually reads "tap: Add to your manapool".

Does Blood Artist life loss activate even though he is exiled and not put in the graveyard?
This seems absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS to me. So easy to set up. Christ.
