Are you running something to pump up the 1/1 warriors, like Obelisk of Urd? You're at a maximum only going to see 2 warriors from a CC when you could also potentially brick. a 4CMC Secured is guaranteed to give you 3 1/1s unless it's countered.
IMO, it depends on the rest of the deck. CC is definitely the better card overall, but it depends on what you need the card in this slot to do. Secure will be better in long games, like against control, where you can chip away at them with your creatures, then save secure for when they tap out to overwhelm them with warriors. There's also no potential for secure to get you nothing, whereas CC always has a chance to fail to find two creatures (or even one). Like rkjunior said above, secure also gets better the more lord effects you have, like Obelisk of Urd, Chief of the Edge, Dictate of Heliod or Spear of Heliod. Company has the chance to get you more value earlier, though, which can be especially good if you've got enough creatures with good effects in the deck, like Anafenza, kin-tree spirit.
You also have to take into account that splashing a fourth color in an aggressive deck will hurt your consistency, even if it's only by a little.

Recently I have had some success splashing red into a Black White Warriors deck.
But now I find myself debating whether
Secure the Wastes
or
Collected Company
should have a spot in my deck. I could fairly easily splash green for Company, and all of my creatures are Warriors in deck anyway.
So in your opinion which is the better card? A bunch of 1/1 Warriors at instant speed or actual warrior cards?
GWUBAtraxa and Her Superfriends
WUB Oloro, the Life Drain Train
URG Animar, Soul of Elements
WBR Kaalia of the Vast
BWTeysa Karlov, Scion of Orzhov
R Purphoros, Goblins of Pain ($100 Budget Challenge)
U Talrand, Fun Police (Needs updating)
Though I do have Dictate of Heliod in my Sideboard
