Tough choice. The three cards I'm mostly likely to take from this are Sandcrafter Mage, Tail Slash, or Butcher's Glee. The Mage is a good creature. Turn 3 he could be a 3/3 or just make a 1/1 or 2/1 bigger and better, which isn't bad. Tail Slash is one-side removal. Odds are you're red/green with this and your creatures will be way bigger than their creatures, letting you pick off any one you want. Plus, being an instant, it makes for a great combat trick. And Butcher's Glee is an amazing combat trick. lifelink and regenerate? Okay. +3/+0? Now we're talking. This gives any creature you have the power to trade with almost any creature they throw in front of it and live through that fight. Plus the lifegain is just gravy. As for which card I'd pick first...depends on what I feel like playing that day. On a crazy day I'd go Clone Legion and have fun with that.

I thinnk coat with venom should also be a consideration - yes it is a weaker trick than butcher's glee, BUT it also cost only 1 single mana, which is so much easier to leave up (and also far less suspecious)
I'd take Tail Slash for sure, solid instant speed removal. After that the Sandcrafter is definitely the next best card. Beyond those I'd say the Summons and the Venom would be next on my radar, but I think they are both a clear step down from the top 2.
That's true. My problem with Coat with Venom is that you'd normally be using it in a 2-for-1 to trade your creature off with their biggest creature. I'd rather my pseudo-removal take their guy down and leave me in the better position. But yeah, costing a single black mana and almost guaranteeing your opponent loses a creature is in Coat with Venom's favor.
Reduce in stature, Sidisi Faithful, or Sheltered Aerie.
I know U/R isn't relaly a thing, but bouncing and making it a non-threat are both very powerful and both of them are very cheap to play.
Mana Ramp works well when you have a lot of it. And maybe the Assault Formation will come around again and be very useful for mana dump/pump.
One aspect of the Aerie I overlook is Splashing. It doesn't say the same color as the attached land can tap for, so you can make all your Splash mana in it effectively adding extra off-color lands. Who knows, maybe a creature you pick later will need it for activated ability.

I like the Forerunners here. Seems pretty strong in R/x aggro, especially if you can pair it with some token makers. Also doesn't commit you to a second color.
Kolaghan Aspirant is the pick. It and Dromoka Warrior are the 2 best aggro cards and they are very similar, but Dromoka Warrior forces you into enemy colors.
The Kolaghan Aspirant places us firmly in the red aggro spot. Though I'm not particularly fond of this archetype I see no better options at this point.
The choice is between Hardened Berserker and Draconic Roar, and Draconic Roar wins by a mile. It is first-pickable removal that is arguably better than our first pick of Tail Slash.
First Pick: Tail Slash

Selling some cards I don't want.
Generally less than tcg mid.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
