Scrap Mastery3RR
Sorcery (Rare)
Each player exiles all artifact cards from his or her graveyard, then sacrifices all artifacts he or she controls, then puts all cards he or she exiled this way onto the battlefield. "Where a lesser mind sees junk, I see infinite potential."
Alright, so we have Living Death for artifacts. How can we make this card insane? I currently run a mono black Living Death deck for casual games, and it's pretty nuts. I want to know how I can make this an all star win condition to set up some crazy combos or board states!
Probably your best bet is setting up an Eggs-type loop where you repeatedly recur this (either with Codex Shredder or by drawing your deck and using Conjuror's Bauble) and use self-sacking mana artifacts like Lotus Bloom and Lion's Eye Diamond to repeatedly afford it, while you burn them out with Pyrite Spellbomb or similar.

This card isn't legal in Modern (which is the only format I play), but I can offer some advice on evaluating it in a potential Eggs deck:
- There are already two cheaper Sunrise effects (Second Sunrise and Faith's Reward), at instant, a lower mana cost, and arguably in a better color. Is there a good reason to play Scrap Mastery over those?
- Scrap Mastery doesn't return lands, so you can't rely on Ghost Quarter, Crystal Vein or Archaeological Dig, unlike regular Eggs. You could play artifact lands though; without a sac outlet, they generate mana every alternate cycle, since Scrap Mastery bins them for you.
- The advantage that Scrap Mastery has over Sunrises is that the artifacts don't have to be put into the graveyard this turn, AND they don't have to go there from the battlefield (meaning you can mill them e.g. with Codex Shredder and it'd still work). Kind of similar to Open the Vaults in that sense.
- If you're playing Ichor Wellspring, you'll get a draw, regardless of whether you have a sac outlet for it.
- Speaking of Ichor Wellspring, Krark-Clan Ironworks is amazing with it. KCI also goes a long way towards casting Scrap Mastery. Tezzeret the Seeker is KCIs #5-8.
- There's an infinite loop with Codex Shredder, KCI, and a bunch of artifacts. It starts with a Scrap Mastery in the graveyard, then you pay 5 mana, sac Shredder, and bring it to your hand. Generate 5 more mana, sac everything, and cast Scrap Mastery. Net result: you draw a few cards. Cast any artifacts that you drew and repeat until you have infinite mana. If you play Conjurer's Bauble, or a second Shredder, you can win by looping Scrap Mastery while milling your opponent one card at a time. (The Bauble works after you've drawn every card in your deck; Baubling a Mastery puts it in your library, where it's immediately drawn. Be careful not to sac things with draw-on-ETB triggers!).
Competitively, Eggs doesn't get any better with Scrap Mastery in the two formats that it's legal in. It's not going to replace or be played in addition to the two Sunrises.
Non-competitively...who plays Eggs in casual games? lol

Seriously, you should ask him about an eggs-type deck with this thing.
