Interesting mechanic, not so sure about the creature. Seems kinda lackluster for a 3/3 flier for 4, even though upgrading that to a 5/5 flying with vigilance-anthem is quite nice, it feels like it's gonna play against you by relying so much on the commander.
The mechanic is cool, this creature looks pretty weak outside of precon vs precon type games. In those games I think she'll be good as a big cheap flyer that both threatens opposing PW's and protects your own. But in "real" games she just doesn't do enough.

She's probably good at protecting your planeswalker commander too, especially if the white one is on curve by costing 5.
