I am just wondering, since there are so many 3-color cards in Khans, are any of them good for EDH? For instance, wouldn't the banners, such as Mardu Banner be good since they provide mana acceleration and mana fixing, and you can cycle them for another card?
As for three-colored cards that could see heavy play-
Make no mistake about it, Villainous Wealth is the EDH darling of this set
(well, along with Clever Impersonator)-
It's swingy, fun, and can win games in the flashiest of fashions.
A lot of the Ascendancies are good- Mardu is the only one that isn't good for EDH IMO. Narset, Enlightened Master will almost certainly be the most popular of the Khans as a General.
The Charms could all see play given how well-designed they are. Duneblast will probably see play in Voltron-style decks.

How degenerate can Jeskai Ascendancy + mana dorks + cantrips.dec be in EDH? It's already making an impact in Standard and is very strong in Modern, and while EDH has less redundancy than Standard, it is a significantly slower format with more tutors...

EDH is generally slower than Modern, but not Standard, at least where I live. Most people around here are either going to put serious pressure on you by turns 4-5 or will significantly disrupt your plans (and that isn't counting the really competitive builds that will be looking to kill by turn 3-4 and can do it sooner).
Ultimately its probably a stretch. You'd have to go 5-colors with an expensive manabase and a bunch of tutors. Then you also need a ton of mana dorks to hit critical mass, and you can't play 4 of the better ones. Your key combo piece is vulnerable to counter/removal, and all of those mana dorks are VERY vulnerable to the many wraths being run. Could it work? Absolutely. But it is a very bad combo deck compared to the other options out there.
As for EDH stars of the set, these jump out at me (plenty of others that will see play too, I'll just highlight the most exciting):
End Hostilities - Slightly overcosted, but the upside of wiping equipment/enchantments is enormous and well worth the extra mana IMO assuming you aren't too worried about hitting your own stuff. Everyone plays Greaves/Boots, lots of people play Swords/Batterskull/etc, and you often see Voltron strategies that this will decimate.
Clever Impersonator - The EDH superstar of the set. A Clone will never be bad in EDH, and one that can also copy key artifacts and enchantments is HUGE as those are often the best targets for this kind of effect since they are more resilient than creatures and often core combo pieces. Almost every blue deck will want one of these.
Dig Through Time / Treasure Cruise - I think fair EDH decks like these as efficient mid-late game draw (being able to draw 3 for one mana, then cast a big spell is huge). And of course combo builds will be interested assuming they fill their yards quickly.
Disdainful Stroke - More niche than my other selections, but it does hit a LOT of what you want to hit in EDH and does so without questions at a very comfortable casting cost. UU can be tough for 3+ color decks to get to reliably, especially for those of us who don't have fetch/dual manabases.
Empty the Pits - Ripe for abuse in a format with plenty of ways to fill up your graveyard. The fact that you can play it EOT to insure at least one swing with your zombie horde before they get wrathed is huge. Black also has a TON of ways to make a lot of mana in EDH, with a bunch of mana-doubling effects. So even without a huge graveyard some decks will be able to use this.
Grim Haruspex - Creatures die a LOT in EDH. Drawing cards when they do, at a very fair cost, is sweet.
Howl of the Horde - Two copies for 3-mana is just too enticing for people to pass up. Not for every deck, but I do expect to see it get played.
Hardened Scales - SO many EDH decks like their +1/+1 counters, I think a lot of them will want this effect.
Crackling Doom - Seems close to an auto-include in the decks that can run it, really can't go wrong with this effect, especially at instant speed.
Dunblast - 'Spensive, but this effect is worth it. Obviously saving your big dude is ideal, but I also love that this can be used politically, as you can save an opponents creature and hopefully point it at someone else in the deal.
Surrak Dragonclaw - Stronger in EDH than he is in Standard, as the uncounterable aspect is much more important in EDH. Not the best Temur commander, as Animar/Wanderer are pretty sick, but he is certainly a fine choice in his own right or at the very least a strong member of the 99 in those creature heavy builds.
Sultai Charm - All of the Charms are good enough to be worth considering in EDH, but I chose to highlight this one as I feel it is the strongest. Really hard to go wrong with this card, especially in EDH where the Naturalize option gains a ton of value.
Utter End - Exiling anything became a lot more important with the release and popularity of the Theros Gods. 4-mana is a little on the high side for this effect, but instant speed helps.
Villianous Wealth - Agree with empathogen here, this isn't the strongest or most ubiquitous EDH card in the set, Impersonator gets that title. But it is certainly the most fun and will be the most popular IMO.
Ascendanies - I think all of these are good enough to see some play, but the two that look like they should see a LOT of play are the Temur and the Sultai. Temur looks like a perfect fit for the types of decks we usually see in those colors, acting like a mini-Wanderer (haste + card advantage). Sultai just looks strong in general as a source of card selection, and especially good in those colors as they often look to take advantage of the graveyard. Too slow for a really competitive meta, but I think in most it would be good.
Tri-Lands - Just really strong options for their respective wedges, glad to have them.
As for the Banners, I think they are great budget mana fixing/ramp options, but most tuned decks will have better options, like those pointed out by empathogen. Similar to the cycle of common dual lands.
Sentinels is great with cathars crusade and gavony township. suddenly it is huge monster. I have enough anthems that a 2 cmc 2/2 flyer is a big deal don't care much about the morph ability.
Sultai Soothsayer does good work for BUG builds, who do tend to love the bin. Cantrip and putting some reanimation fuel in the graveyard isn't a bad thing. Sure he's a bit pricey, but definitely useable.
If Eldrazi aren't a big thing in your local meta and you have a deck that spams tokens, look at Altar of the Brood. It can add up quickly.

That's right. i think this one is very underrated yet... you guys realized he is able to copy Planeswalkers too?
Yeah, which could be big in Standard but will rarely come up in most EDH games, where PW's tend to be much weaker and less frequently seen.

and there are quite a few of those. Chromatic Lantern, Darksteel Ingot, Coalition Relic, Astral Cornucopia, and Gilded Lotus are all better options, IMO.
