I assure you that when you drop this guy on T2 and enchant it on T3 with Unflinching Courage your opponent will be very interested in removing it and very annoyed that they can't. I don't know if this card pushes the hexproof deck into a viable place but I do know that deck desperately wanted another hexproof creature.
This is what a typical hexproof creature should look like. Hard to cast, with a frail toughness. A good hexproof creature should require a bit of working to do, like building blocks.
A 2/1 body really isn't good for much
I do not want to ever see cards like Geist of Saint Traft or Invisible Stalker again. I find them more offensive than Delver of Secrets.

Low curve creatures 1-2 cmc then you pants them up and alpha strike. Madcap skills, unflinching courage, and boros charm = trololololol.
