I am wondering some things about this card. First: I know it is amazing with the new cards that target multiple creatures. Second: Does anyone know of any combos with old ravnica cards?
Value is good. But Dredgevine isn't supposed to be about value. It's supposed to be about V-8; 2000 pounds of nitro boosted war vegetables. The more velocity, the better.

Aurelia's Fury is a pretty easy combo (previewed on the spoiler on wizards.com) but I'd still test it. The best combos in Magic (that don't outright win the game) involve decent card A + decent card B = busted effect. Fury is very efficient with 1 Thaumaturge (against creatures) and stupid with 2. As a bonus it also smashes Elspeth, making it not against control decks, and also lets you play a tempo game to keep them off walkers/Verdict.
Can you target all creatures and all players with Aurelia's Fury, but deal '0' to most of them (i.e. for me and my creatures) and divide the rest among the remaining players/creatures?
No, You must assign at least one damage to each target. See this. Um, not sure why that link isn't working. Try copying and pasting the following...
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

Launch the Fleet: Turn all your attacking dudes into Brimaz for one white mana only (coughphalanxleadercough)
Dauntless onslaught for one, just use your imagination for others.
Doesn't actually work all that well. Launch the fleet doesn't actually put tokens into play, it gives you creatures the ability to put tokens into play. You will cast launch tageting your creatures, phalanx leader will trigger putting counters on your creatures, then you can attack and put some tokens onto the field. Unless you have some different instant speed trick to target the leader with, your tokens are just 1/1's.

UWR Tempo is a tricky deck to make though.
