Enough about the constructed playable stuff, how about we talk about the sweet filler?
Asphyxiate and Necrobite
These have me really itching to build a casual B/G deck for sheer flavor's sake. Necrobite is a perfect reprint.
Floodtide Serpent and Kraken of the Straits
Thassa related humor. I think Wizards have done a great job making the gods just plain cool!
Oracle's Insight
It's such a powerful effect. If we get more playable defenders with hexproof down the line, this could be fierce. Also enables Inspired.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
My favorite is Oracle of Bones, it'll enable my U/R big spell deck. I'm thinking Fated Infatuation to clone him. Opponents will always give me a free spell because they assume it'll at worst be a Lightning Strike.
These cards would appeal to me just by the artwork alone and would defintiely look great in foil.
(And before someone says something, yes a few I would want for more than just novelty. Don't troll)

An odd one, but I really like Ornitharch. It's a female uncommon archon on a scooter, you don't see that everyday. It's also one of the better tribute cards for limited since the two options are so similar (both give you 5 power in the air for 5 mana.)
Interestingly enough I don't care for the non-planeswalkers mythics in Theros block so far... I'm normally really big on mythics but for some reason I'm just not a huge fan of the Gods.
Standout cards in Born of the Gods would be
-Spirit of the Labrynth
-Whelming Wave
-Hero of Ioras
-Plea for Guidance
-Perplexing Chimera (should be great in my Roon EDH deck!)

I hope you're not serious.
I highly doubt Oracle of Bones will ever let you play a free spell....
it will be a 5/3 haste for 4 mana at any time you have an unknown card in your hand.
problem is... a 5/3 haste for 4 mana is not that good.
Ignoring the more obvious picks like Brimaz, I'm really only enchanted (mind the pun) with a handful of simple cards. I think I like God-Favored General the most.
If only Journey brings playable bestow creatures...
I mean:
2/1 vanilla 1B with 4B bestow?
I imagine the base design being 2B, and then some guy sais: "Did you remember to add the obligatory 2 to the cost for cards not on this '15 pushed cards' list to make sure it never ever gets played in a constructed format?"
The Chimera and Spirit of the Labyrinth are actually about the only cards I'm really interested in. I like Silent Sentinel and the Arbiter well enough. Disappointing set.
I'm not excited for this set, really. Gild is pretty cool. Courser of Kruphix is cool. Siren of the Silent Song is a neat sideboard card to have. Kiora is cool. Eh, even those cards I mentioned I could survive without. What I find most disappointing is that my Izzet/American "spells" deck got nothing from this set, Rakdos Aggro only got a sideboard card in Mogis and RDW got a decent but situational burn spell. I was really hoping the Divination art was for a cool card draw spell..

Love phenax. With him as a creature and that tree zombie out you can net 36 cards if you play a timely triton tactics.
I think black got strong offerings. Skeleton dude is tickling my brewing bone.
Don't know why but I love nessian wilds ravager. So simple it hurts
