This and the Eidolon of Countless Battles are the only cards I've wanted to add to my Bruna, Light of Alabaster deck since RTR, though they still may not be good enough.
They're probably similarly okay in Uril, the Miststalker (which can actually use that combo).
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets

Well it obviously plays nice with whip of erebos and large lifeswing spells like Gray Merchant and Sphinx's Rev, but I doubt it will see any serious play because it doesn't do anything by itself and it costs 4 cmc.
I don't think that there is anything in standard that just explodes with it in a way similar to how Splinter Twin was ludicrously powerful with Deceiver Exarch.

This, unless there is a lifelink, hexproof, aggressively costed creature waiting in the wings.
Does this have any good uses in formats apart from EDH? Two card infinite combos are always fun, nonetheless.
