RUG midrange ft. Kiora. Grixis tapout control (all I am really asking for out of this set is a 4 drop that is not DDemon... please god!). May also try to brew up a U/W list with Ephara + Deputy of Acquittals.

Bring back Transmute as a U/B mechanic and take your mill back to the depths of hell where it came from!
This is a deck with only cards from Theros Block, but I figured it would be a good outline to a White Weenie Heroic Strategy.
Take out Ordeal of Heliod and Chosen by Heliod, from my experience (Mono White Heroic user like you, but with the other stuff) they suck unless you are going the more enchantment orientated route (which with only Theros cards so far suck, you need the other great Aura's from RTR in order for this path to work atm)
Throw in Gods Willing and Battlewise Valor since you seem to want to keep all the cards from Theros block only atm

How am I an Ascended Mage? I only play tabletop casual, and I dont even know if I'm playing the game correctly
I'll continue to play 5 color Black deck and U/R Tempo Control. As for new decks, I'm looking into Green/x Devotion, mainly enchantment type decks, I also want to make a Prophet of Krufix deck probably be blue/green/r or w . Is there still one GOD card to be spoiled? And will the other two Temples be in this set?
Might play either Rakdos or Dimir control. Black got a ton of good stuff to play with in this set and I'd love to pound the devotion decks at my LGS. Leaning more towards Rakdos, as I'd have access to Anger of the Gods as well. Maybe use Underworld Cerberus and Rakdos Keyrunes as finishers.
UGr Prophet Biomancer deck I've been messing around with. Don't know how competitive it is but it's def one I'm gonna play around with at FNMs and casually.
The idea is its based around the clock of Mogis...the rest of the deck keeps the board clear and has direct damage to speed thing up.
Maybe some Mizzium Mortars in the sideboard....or splash blue for acess to Ral Zarek and Ashiok

Why run Mogis if it is impossible to turn on?
EDIT: Okay, that was a poor question. Only having 2 of your win-con and no way to dig for it is a bad idea.
nice idea. i would consider running the full 4 domri rade in a creature-heavy deck. you really need to work on burying your opponent in card advantage in this format.
nice to see kalonian hydra taking a place in these decks. it really is a nasty, nasty card if you can't answer it immediately.

Modern: G Tron, Vannifar, Jund, Druid/Vizier combo, Humans, Eldrazi Stompy (Serum Powder), Amulet, Grishoalbrand, Breach Titan, Turns, Eternal Command, As Foretold Living End, Elves, Cheerios, RUG Scapeshift
EDIT: Okay, that was a poor question. Only having 2 of your win-con and no way to dig for it is a bad idea.
It could be upped to 3 or 4 but honestly I would rather have those spots for more removal. The flames of the firebrand could be replaced with magma jets at the cost of versatility and damage though. With this deck I wouldnt be worried about them being able to keep many creatures down(except maybe blood baron) so I could afford to wait on my win-con...or just burn them to death in the meantime(14 direct damage spells after all). With both Anger of the gods and Drown in sorrow they cant flood the board with weenies easily while targeted removal takes care of the more problematic fatties. Of course a deck like this would need a sideboard dedicated almost entirely to the control matchup...maybe splashing blue for misc counterspells, cyclonic rift..etc
p.s. I forgot to list my mana base...
4x Red/Black scry land
4x Blood crypt
4x temple of deceit
4x Steam vents
4x Mountain
4x Swamp
enough scrying going on most turns to find what I am looking for...scry lands preferrable over shocks in this deck since it has no defense against direct damage itself.
I'm pretty definitely sticking with RBw Minotaurs. Ragemonger and Spiritbinder are both pretty good, Temple of Malice will help smooth out my mana the last bit it needs, and Drown in Sorrow is nearly a one-sided sweeper since the only one of my creatures it kills is Fanatic of Mogis. Hopefully they'll print another nice two-drop. Deathbellow Raider is pretty cool, but the deck doesn't have a great curve with just him and, post BNG, twelve three drops.

*Insert giant block of annoying garbage that no one cares about but you have to scroll past anyway here*
For more serious gameplay, I'm going to probably keep playing my Esper midrange-control deck. I'll probably try to tweak it to fare better against the MBD matchup. My biggest fear was always the ultra-aggressive decks like RDW. I'm hoping that MBD's upgrade with Drown in Sorrow and Bile Blight will force my worst matchups out of the meta.
For less serious play, I'm going to spend a few FNM's playing 20boardwipe.dec
Playsets of Azorius Keyrune and Dimir Keyrune to help manafix, ensure I reach 6-7 mana sources in a timely manner, and finally beat the opponent in the face after a half dozen nukes have leveled the field.
Like any manland, mutavault deserves a place in something like this.
Finally Aetherling and Elspeth, Sun's Champion (also a boardwipe!) should help act as finishers without dying in the collateral damage.
I think that more or less fills up all the slots in the deck. Might fill in the last few gaps with Bile Blight or something. Looking at the secondary market, some people are speculating that Trostani will become a thing (a guy with a tinfoil hat told me that SCG was buying out everyone's stock of Trostani, but I don't know if I'd trust that), and echoing -3/-3 is a great way to kill off a centaur herd without having to worry Rootborn Defenses stopping me. Its also yet another way to kill off the pigs.
Maybe hero's downfall (with some pithing needles in the SB) to deal with planeswalkers.
Cheap, fun, and can switch between the two decks easily
(Not competitive btw, so don't give me crap about not being top tier, FUN is the name of the game for me, not winning)

Drown in Sorrow
Supreme Verdict
Curse of the Swine (I'd much rather have my opponent packing pigs instead of something more threatening. Its not like I don't have enough boardwipes to deal with the pigs in the near future)
Merciless Eviction
Cyclonic Rift or Fated Retribution
