This card looks fun, but not very strong. Boros Charm is a lot better against Supreme Verdict than this. I wish I could build a deck around that card after the rotation, but Boros is seriously lacking in the ETB department. It is pretty terrible as an anthem as it forces you to play at least two colours and only gives the full +1/+1 to your creatures that are both red and white, which severely limits the power you'll get out of that card.
It has the potential to be a good card, but as of right now, it just isn't.
Neither this nor the Voice feel like mythics, but the Voice is at least very powerful. I can't imagine many players wanting to play this enchantment in any constructed format, even in limited it isn't very good...
Combo with Spark Trooper. Not only does it double boost it, but it can trigger after combat to bring it back as a blocker on your opponent's next turn. Try attacking into THAT.
And if you're lucky enough to have another, trigger it after your opponent's combat to bring Spark Trooper back again on YOUR next turn. Mwaha.
Kind of convoluted, but even the potential being there brings out my evil grin.
Also breathes life into Court Street Denizen...maybe. Bringing back ALL your creatures, hasty, and then negating a bunch of blockers with Denizen seems like it's got potential, at least.

That's what I was thinking but I'm really bad with the rules
Would it work with the denizens? Don't they all ETB at the same time?

I've been toying with a Boros weenies aggro deck with Immortal Servitude and have found Champion of the Parish, Cathedral Sanctifier and Vexing Devil to be some solid components. I also have Legion Loyalist in the mix, which can be a huge threat. But this card, which seems to be exactly the piece I've been needing, opens up some great possibilities.
Of course, Servitude is key, and being able to cast it as early as turn 4 is nice, but letting my dudes die chump blocking as I build stability and not worrying about it is nice, meaning Boros Charm can potentially be saved for doming the final 4 points if needed.
I like the card a lot, really nice combination of abilities.
Although I do think that most boros aggro decks will probably just choose Boros Charm over this, and not have room for both. If Boros Charm didn't exist then I would be much higher on this (and annoyed that it is mythic, which doesn't feel right at all).
With even a field of Thrag n Conscripts, saccing this becomes a 4-1
Add Resto into this in anyway and it becomes a 5-1
And for only WR for this in a format chock full of ETB love, this is quite scary as a 2 of.
My thoughts exactly, though if you have a board with thrag, conscripts AND resto chances are you are already winning... not to mention the fact that this will kill any beast/lingering tokens you may have.
I would use this in either american control or dega control with as many potent ETB effects as possible.
Also i feel like someone is going to find a way to capitalize on the slight toughness boost this gives High Priest of Pennance. As far as i know, it's the most cost-effective and elegant way to allow pinging him for one.
Edit: Even though it would likely never happen, I SO want to crack this thing after pulling off Tibalt's ultimate. lol.
Edit2: Aaaaaw, it's under owner's control. So no threaten effect synergy =(

I could see it seeing play just because of the versatility.
The main thing this card has over Boros Charm is it's ability for negating non destroy removal (Terminus, Razia's Purification, etc. I'm excited to get this card for my Red/White Gisela EDH deck however I wouldn't run this in place or beside Boros Charm in standard.
Not sure if anyone has said this, or whether it's relevant but, once you're at 6 mana, this makes spark troopers repeatable as he's not present during the end step? Guess that makes him a little nicer also.
Except, he comes back on your opponents turn (next combat, unless you played a stonehorn dignitary in the same turn), and you sacrifice him in the end step in your opponents turn.
I really approved of this card for the first day it came out, and now I realize its just OK. WR turn 2 +1+1 if your dude is WR. That's not that great, but we lack honor of the pure currently. The other ability is a Ghotaway and that I enjoyed from standard many moons ago. Another means to hoze Wrath cards is just awsome, but you have to pay to do it. That is a problem cause it slows down the deck and speed wins games now. An extra RW could be of issue for a deck running only RW with out green or mana dork type cards. Why this card is Mythic is just wierd cause it paying twice is not great. If you did not have to pay RW again or just 1 colorless; I would approve of mythic status.
Conclusion- It is a difficult replacement for Honor of the pure due to mana cost and needing 4 mana to work that turn. How many wrath affects are there right now that are heavily run? Terminous (i rarely see them now), Supreme Verdict (side board for), Bonfire (coming back with Jund and Naya builds), the exspensive pyroclasm from innistrad (who cares), and Mutilate (may have potential soon). The only wrath to worry about is Mutilate, it might not kill all your dudes, and litle to no play currently. Isn't Boros Charm better for a 2 drop slot that makes ALL your stuf indestructable, double strike a dude or close that game with 4 damge?
Projected price, Low 3-7 High. It good in EDH or Commonader, but Boros Charm is the better 2 CMC choice.

I think in aggro builds, Boros Charm is just better. I could see this being a nice sideboard option in Naya Midrange, however. Protects against sweepers and abuses all the ETB triggers (Aurelia, Huntmaster, Thragtusk...)
If I have Resto and Thragtusk on the field and do this, I choose the order in which the ETB triggers resolve, right? So I can put Thrags ETB tigger to ger the 5 life, then Restos to blink Thrag again, netting me 10 life and 2 beasts total? And they all have haste?
For 6 mana, you can turn one Thragtusk on board into a lethal alpha strike (plus a 10 life cushion).
Also worth noting that they come back at the beginning of next combat, which means you can activate this on your turn and dodge any potential sorcery speed removal to clear out blockers, basically giving you more options on defence.
At first, I looked at this card, and it just didn't seem like it did much more than Boros Charm. 4 cost sweeper protection with marginal offensive benefit that probably would be better mana
1) It can untap your creatures for aggro matchups.
2) It works well with Thragtusk, Conscripts, Spark Trooper, Reckoner, Halberders, Firemane Avenger, Assemble the Legion.
3) It can give your team haste for alpha strikes or crucial creatures with tap abilities like Intrepid Hero.
It seems like an interesting card that will work with some deck builds, and not with others, ie heavy G or W, tokens, and might have to trim certain cards to use.

I believe you get to choose the order they enter the battlefield and arrange the triggers on the stack.

This application gives Legion's Initiative a lot of versatility, and could be exploited further in this type of deck with cards like Foundry Street Denizen and Forge Devil
And those are all just the 1 CMC guys....

EDIT - Maybe that's what they were going for with this. It does appear to be the same halberdiers in the artwork.
This didnt need another tool.
Very nice
I like it
well.... to be fair, Boros Charm already does basically the same thing for the same cost...
It might not also act as a boros anthem effect and it's vulnerability to counters is an issue, but charm is more versatile.
I dunno, time will tell if this sees play but making the argument that it plays nice with act seems kinda moot.
True
The biggest thing is the group blink haste

Archaeomancer, Skyknight/Lavinia, Conscripts, Snaps, Thundermaw
On a sidenote, this is extremely modern playable in Naya Zoo as a 1 or 2 of.
Hope this card isn't super expensive, I can see it doing work in a R/W Human deck with Kessig Malcontents

Boros Charm is still playable alongside Legion's Initiative. I think they both fit well in my Boros deck.
Also, Boros Charm doesn't save your creatures from Mutilate
