Oh sorry, I've included them now. I realised that I was using the free app, I've just bought your app and I am going to try it again. I've opened Unexpected results (L1), Glaring spotlight (L2), Whispering Madness (m1), Thespian's Stage (m3), Luminate Primordial (M10)

Okay, it looks like this box is just fine. Aurelia's Fury should be in the r10 position, assuming we don't change track sequences.
So I wanted to try out your program and see if it worked. I very excitedly bought a box today, unpacled it the way you showed. and was met with this pattern
RIGHT-524135411352
MID -241313524354
LEFT -524132441352
Top
Now assuming the pattern is suppose to be vertical, whenever there is 2 or more of the same art in a row then something has been messed with. Well... they've almost all been messed with. There are the correct number of each art (7s and 8 of one) but they just seem completely jumbled. Is this the kind of jumbled box you talk about in your video? Do you think this will ever be solvable or just crack the box old school?
BTW I went out and bought a second box, it was in 100% perfect order right out of the box no row replacements no deletions nothing. Program worked like a charm and now I have 18 packs to draft with buddies. Very very cool work.

You had packs move around in the box. This is a very tricky one.
Take your bottom middle, slide it to the bottom right. Push everything up, take your extra pack now at the top right and slide it to the top middle.
Im sorry I may not understand your instructions.
"Take your bottom middle" single pack?
"Slide it to the bottom right" pushing the bottom right out or place it bellow?
"Push everything up" Just the right column up to have a flush bottom if I assum step 2 was Place Bellow.
"Take extra pack and slide it to the top middle" Makes sense assuming 1-3 i got right.
Even with this I have multiple rows with 2 of the same picture in it so im afraid i misunderstod your instructions. very sorry.
RIGHT-524135411352
MID -241313524354

I've highlighted the two packs that you need to move. The bottom middle moves to the bottom right, the top right moves to the top middle. So it'll look like this:
RIGHT-241354113524
MID -524131352435
LEFT -524132441352
Looking at my original post perhaps the formatting is confusing. The rows dont line up in my post because of formatting, not because I meant to have them staggered
when i put it in your program the program thinks it has it figured, but the numbers on the left side of the screen all scrambled (The row heading) am I suppose to move the rows to match that?

No, just pretend like those numbers aren't there. I'm going to make that a little more clear in the next version.
started cracking. First 4 partial predictions were wrong, then the thing locked in and its 100% spot on. Aurelia domri and reckoner all hand picked. Amazing thank yo so much. You are amazing. Can't wait to play with foil mapping when you release some info.
Im dumbfounded how you knew which packs to move. Even after the move I couldnt see the pattern showing anywhere
Has anyone calculated, based on current values, how many cards you'll pull usually that are worth over $5 and how many boosters you'll have left over after figuring things out and setting the >$5 rares aside? I rarely buy boxes anymore but it seems like doing this would be cool to get the rares I want and set aside the other packs to do drafting with.
I've just uploaded v1.2.1 which has data on foil card locations. The server collects foil card data from this version and is currently learning the foil card order. There are measures in place to make sure that the data being received is accurate, so don't worry if you just want to experiment with it.
The sleeve interface has changed, you can now enter sleeve data much faster.
The more foil data that gets entered into the program, the more accurate the results will be.
Android version is already in distribution, the iOS version should be hopefully soon. The nice thing is that the data gets processed by my server so updates to the foil cards happen immediately on both platforms.
I'm going to post the foil card lists here once they are completed and verified, along with all of the distribution information you might need so that anyone can map them.
Also once the data collection is complete I will hard code it into the app so it will no longer rely on internet access.
Can't wait to get that version. I know I've got a rare foil lurking in my box, just trying to use other people's boxes + the uncommon foil I've opened to figure out exactly WHERE.
Just got the 1.1.9 today...the added colors and other updates are really nice.
Vinz, have you added this shuffling fixing to the app? Or should we post here and beg for your pattern expertise? I opened a gtc box not long ago and your app could not help me because it was too scrambled

Yes, the app currently handles all factory shifts. The only time you'll have problems now is if there are too many removals or packs moved in the box during shipment.
I'm going to eventually be adding some detection for packs moving. But in the meantime, let me know what you have.
Anyone with the new version willing to run the data I added on page 25 through real quick and give me some hints on where foils may lurk?
I hate to even ask, because a favor like this that I literally can't repay makes me feel a bit schmuckish, but knowing Apple, it'll be a week+ before the version with foil data hits.

Well, it all works based off which foils you got and which packs definitely didn't contain a foil.
I haven't yet programmed the connection from uncommon to rare yet. (this is to be done on the server end, so by the time you get the update, it'll probably be able to tell you which packs most likely contain rares based off just one uncommon opened)
It does make a connection between the rares and commons though. Open a common and it will show you where the rare could be.
Also, where it shows 50% common. If you have opened any of those 50% common packs and they didn't contain a foil, then it will narrow down the commons to 100%
The <uncommon> is definitely going to be an uncommon. We don't have that area of the uncommon track complete yet, otherwise it would say what it will be.
edit: Also, forgot to mention, basic foil lands can appear on the uncommon track too.

Insanely helpful. I'm not trying to be deliberately dense, I'm just not always the fastest at picking up on patterns. I'm assuming that if I were able to rule out the commons, that doesn't mean that one of those "50% commons" becomes a rare, correct? Just allows you to know where the commons ARE, which you can then correlate to a rare position? Or do I have that backwards?
I ask, because I'm able to rule out (using the post-shift numbers shown by the app) M-2 and M-10, as those have been opened.
This is almost as fun a puzzle as the box map itself, I just wish I were better at picking up on it.

Your missing a sleeve number from each column. There should be 12 packs per column.
Which rares have you opened already?

Yeah it worked out fine after I found your app on android. Thanks for the help and great app btw, very user friendly.

Only on GTC for now. RTR will be ready soon since it uses the same distribution pattern I just have to put all of the card information in.
The other sets will eventually follow.
