I think this is one of the better ones in the cycle. Even if your not blocking, you can get in for 2 damage, or use Scavenge on it and make the deathtouch really potent.
Thoughts?

It's the better one defensively, the Rakdos one is better on the offensivve, the Selesnya one is the most balanced, and the Izzet one is better when your opponents has an empty board.
I consider the Golgari, Rakdos and Selesnya keyrunes to all be equally great. The Izzet one is weaker, but still very good.
It's okay. Green has access to better ramp spells, so there's not a huge incentive to play it in constructed imho.
I could see these being played as 2 or 3 in whatever control decks are around or any deck that with multiple colors, plus becoming a creature means late game it has uses.
All of the Keyrunes really allows for wedge decks to fix extremely ell for controlling builds. The Rakdos Keyrune in particular scales to using Faithless Looting or Pillar of Flame or Tragic Slip or Duress. Solid.

I don't know. There's something to be said about a 3/1 first strike blocker. He's good both offensively and defensively. The golgari one is certainly the less exciting to me.

yea, the 3/1 first strike is certainly strongest but this is prob 2nd best
Meh, from a constructed point of view they all look pretty bad to me. I certainly do not understand the hype for the Rakdos keyrune; it may be the strongest in a vacuum, but why would RB ever want to spend mana on acceleration?
Izzet and Selesnya may want the acceleration, and then the body is just an additional bonus.
The 3/3 is strictly worse than the 3/1 init. But this one is interesting (blocks and kill anything when you have no need for ramp anymore). Izzet's one is fun in pure control matchup, but with snap, etc, around, you don't really have a clear board for attack. And you see it coming.
"strictly" isn't really the word you want here, and I'd argue that having only one toughness is a bit of a liablity in a format with geistflame and izzet charm, plus assorted playable creatures with first strike and two power.
Tap: add B or G to your mana pool.
BG Until end of turn, ~ becomes a 2/2 black and green Insect creature with deathtouch.

It doesn't have flying, though.
Volcanic Fallout. Not strictly worse. I wish people would stop using this phrase incorrectly.
Ignorant people being ignorant. Probably as annoying as people saying "pie thing needle" and "umezawa's djit."
