I dunno about as a general, but I'll probably run Buttercup in my Karador's Junk deck.

Bruna seems like the easiest to build around in terms of generals, and her ability can get pretty nuts with certain cards. Auratouched Mage + Followed Footsteps to pull out an Aura every turn? Sovereigns of Lost Alara? There are just a ton of possibilities.

CURRENT EDH DECKS: WUBRG - Scion of the Ur-Dragon W - Kemba, Kha Regent B - Sheoldred, Whispering One G - Kamahl, Fist of Krosa UR - Nin, the Pain Artist
Definitely Bruna. I'll probably be taking apart my Kangee, Aerie Keeper deck to for her. The hard part is going to be picking up an Eldrazi Conscription on the cheap now...
Incidentally, I'm hoping the Powerpuff Girls nicknames stick well enough that someone gets the trio altered. Maybe with Avacyn as a genderswapped Professor Utonium and Griselbrand as HIM.

Bruna, easily. Reasons? 1. i need a UW edh deck, and she's linear enough that i can make it a theme. (i'm a vorthos/johnny, shush) 2. she's good, good enough to be a beater and it makes good use of the Auratog i have left over (i built a Zur Modern deck long before modern existed) with Daybreak coronet, and Temporal Isolation with aura-swapping shenanigans. (once got to attack with a 15/15 auratog with Isolation and ate it after blockers FTW)

Although they are all lovely and great and awesome and all, none of the above, angels just aren't my my style. But if were going to choose one as my commander it would be Bubbles all the way. I loves me some Bubbles and crazy aura action.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
I'll second Blossom; specifically as a reanimator target in Frites and as one of the better peices of art in the set so far. I think that I'd rather use Buttercup as a general just because she protects herself so well, she'll probably replace Uril as my Voltron general of choice. All in all, I'm a fan of the cycle.
However, in today's culture of Justin Bieber, Jersey Shore, and Twilight, where every song on the radio, every program on television and every site on the internet is just another monument to the pinnacle of human stupidity, it's certainly not the worst thing that people could be watching.
Blossom makes Heartless Hidetsugu hilarious, although a two creature combo ain't very reliable.
Still, I've been wanting to make a white/red deck for a while, and the only other potential Red/White general I like is Bassandra (Good thing they both work together).

The wedding is over. Now it's time for the honeymoon.
Wait, shouldn't Sigarda (the blonde) be Bubbles, and Bruna Buttercup?
Regardless, Sigarda seems to be the least reliant on combo pieces, and the hardest to deal with (one of the hardest creatures ever to deal with, actually), so I'd have to go with that.

Noooo Giselia W/R=Blossom(red) Bruna W/B=Bubbles(blue) and Sigarda W/G= Buttercup(green) Plus Gisela is Avacyn's 2nd in command making her the most powerful of the 3(Blossom) Bruna seems to be the wishywashy kind one(bubbles) and Sigarda is the one most likely to punch someone in the face(buttercup)

Exactly. Gisela is the commander and the leader (makes your whole army stronger!). Bruna is the joy and laughter (read as: totally non-competitive but a lot of fun)... Sigarda, well, she's the toughest fighter. Avacyn saves the day!
Seriously, though, I'm thinking Sigarda is for me. A flying, 5-mana, 5-power commander that just doesn't die seems like fun to me.
My personal favorite would be "Buttercup." Her Hexproof-ness is just too good in EDH to pass up. Although, Bruna's abilities may find her a home in my Rafiq aura deck. We'll see. I can't wait to crack open a box and some packs and see which Powerpuff Girl I receive first.
Giselda is pretty good, but it's Bruna for me.

Brilliant. It's like they meant to make this happen.
This, plus that unknown demon's striking resemblance to HIM, which was pointed out earlier. It IS like they meant to make this happen.
