paperparachute asked: Are you allowed to tell us how many planeswalkers there are going to be in AVR now? Or at least tell us when they're going to be previewed?
There are two. They should be previewed within the next two weeks.
I'm just beyond curious on how they will encorporate the storylines of these new walkers in. If they aren't Dack and Sifa... then they are some random people "just passing through?"

They could have been trapped in the Helvault.
Maybe a character from ISD or DKA has a spark and it's let loose in AVR.

They could be Super Friends with Sorin.
He could have been hanging out on Innistrad enjoying himself with his devilish brethren.
OR, somewhat wild thought but what if the shattering of the Helvault was felt in the blind eternities?
Think of it like driving on the highway and seeing an explosion off to the side. That disturbance could attract a walker or two.

Mikaeus! Making a card-appearance in every set for the block!
Seriously though apparently there's some sort of female moonfolk art floating around that could be a 'walker (as a random moonfolk in Innistrad would be beyond MaRo-levels of silliness).
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Oh, I thought he was talking about playing a spell that is countering a spell with counters on it as it comes into play, but I see you guys were just discussing whether he was flashing a creature with flash in order to flash a flashback or just flashing a creature with flash but not needing flash in order to flashback a spell without flash.
That was in promo art for RTR which has many suspecting that the entire block isnt going to be set on Ravnica.
The promo art for RTR only had Jace and Mizz in it, plus some buildings in the background. No moonfolk. But if you go to the mothership, find the AVR minisite, and click on "The World of Avacyn Restored", it'll show you three art pieces each with a date under them, each respective date being when they'll be made available to be publicly read. "Part 3", the one for April 25th, has the moonfolk girl on it. It's got nothing to do with RTR but everything to do with AVR.
Nonetheless, because there's this moonfolk popping up out of no where, people are speculating that Kamigawa could have something to do with the next set. Unfortunately this speculation doesn't have any real evidence, it's just a reaction to the moonfolk.
Interestingly their preview date coincides with the time frame given in the OP too. Not trying to draw conclusions but it is a rather interesting coincidence that we get those images and then a confirmation that there are two Planeswalkers.
Maybe it's going to be Sorin's friend from Zendikar, the one that never got any coverage? Not Ugin obviously, the other one. It'd explain why he didn't show up to help Sorin against the Eldrazi.

according to the comic, Dack stole a riteknife while looking for a witch, and traced its use to an altar on innistrad and that is where he is headed, So i would expect to see him here, espescially since we have not seen a blue or red walker from this set, and as of right now all 3 are part black.
I'm guessing red for the devil, blue or blue green for the moonfolk

Saying that you sometimes wish people (in this case the implication is the staff) would fall down a well and get AIDS is hardly appropriate for the forum.

Dude, I highly doubt Dack is going to show up anytime soon.

I swear I first read it as Wingbonger...something tells me that "As Long as Wingbonger is paired with another creature, both creatures have weed." wouldn't be as good. Seems solid for limited.
Okay, maybe not but he should be covered in tomorrow's article.
I really hope he is a walker because artwork like that deserves to be something better then a creature.
