I'll probably play UW Control if a good list emerges. I don't want my Jaces to gather dust!
I actually think the UW Eldrazi deck might work. Without Path and O-ring, Ulamog is a lot better. The only downside I see is that All is Dust might be a lot worse starting next week.
It looks like the top picks are U/W and infect. I've already got a U/W that's ready to adapt, and infect is something I wanted to build the second they announced infect. Fun stuff man
Well I wanna really run White Tokens. It'll be fun with Equipments as well. I also plan on running R/B Aggro. Kiln Fiend + Tainted Strike + Assult Strobe = turn 3 lol.
I wanna change my deck to B/G infect instead of RDW I'm tired of dying to Kor Fire hater.
I'm really wanting to give that a whirl as the new aggro. I just fell in love with vines of vastwood a card I never though I'd want to seriously play.
on the political....
I have to laugh at all the people QQ'ing "the scars haters" mono-black players sat out a whole season.
Its good to have to learn NEW interactions and mechanics. If you don't like ... well...
I've heard there's another ccg Ascension or something i suggest Take a set off. I took 5-6 years off.
Coming back about 2 months ago... and even including scars I think this is the best enviorn ever.
I'll probably start with W/u Flying Aggro/Control and see how the meta evolves from there. Nothing really jumps out from Scars that says "Build a deck around me!"
UW proliferate
Synergy with PWs and Luminarch Ascension...
it has some good early board control card like Contagion Clasp and Tumble Magnets
Finishers are repeated Lux Cannon, Jace 2.0 and Elspeth 2.0
Plus wall of omens, DOJs and mana leak...
Definitely going to keep playing UGW Mass Polymorph. Definitely a beast pre-SoM and with my biggest threats rotating I think it will maintain being awesome.
Boros. It loses Ranger of Eos and Hellspark Elemental; the former hurts but doesn't kill the deck, and the latter isn't even really necessary. Since getting to four mana isn't as important as it used to be (or really important at all), I can justify using Kor Skyfisher in place of HSE.
In fact, I'm thinking a really low curve version with no cards over 2 cmc could be really cool. Hmm...Better get brewing...

Although always playing a deck I think is fun, I'm also always trying to win the tournament.

Either RDW, White/Artifact Weenie, or Boros. Aggro decks tend to do pretty well in the first month or so after a rotation, I've noticed.

Several years ago, WotC apparently surveyed Magic players across the globe. They found that people liked turning things sideways, and hated LD. This is the result:
I'm probably going to build the dumb mono-white faux-Conscription deck with Quest for the Holy Blade and Stoneforge Mystic and Arganum Armor and so on.
It just seems ... fun.

Silly people avoiding Mindslaver. I'm definitely going with GW Slaver-fog. Loads of defender mana from Overgrown Battlement, fog effects, and permaslaver combo. Have fun being annoyed!

Yes, it would be a pity if all is dust.
Bad puns aside, ill be rocking U/W control. It seems like the best deck for me, and i finally tuned a list that i like.

Personally, I might go with BW Control, similar to Conley Wood's Persecutor Esper
