The point of the deck is an all out assualt, Where every turn you attack with everything you have, (- the deathgreeters and the hissing Iguanar) with the hope that both your creatures and your opponents creatures will go to the graveyard, Basicly your goal is to send as much to the graveyards as possible so that you can kill your oppenent before they have a chance to do anything worth while. Vicious Shadows is brutal with Ooze Garden. If it ever hits the table they are usually dead by end of turn.
Where is the land excel? Or color fixing for that matter?

Hey! You're right! And where's all your land?!
------
Kidding aside, Minion Reflector and Viscious Shadows could a little mana-intensive, and it looks like you're running 20 land (if you're making a 60-card deck); I doubt you'll be able to cast the Shadows very often. It looks like a fun deck, and I'm sure you're running appropriate fixing, but I'd suggest a few more land in there.
I didn't get to pull any mana excell in the limited amount of cards that we drafted here at work, most of it got taken well before I had a chance at it. I would completely agree that the deck needs lots of work to make it useable in Standard, but In the limited card pool at work it has faired extreamly well, currently 3 to 1, where the loss came from lack of mana to play anything against a bant based deck. I also want to point out that after we play throught the mini-tournament here, I will probobly never use half of these cards again, but I just wanted to show that Ooze Garden could actually be useful in the right circumstances.
frankly i've played with this card a couple times in draft and it really was a monster if used properly. I built a token deck that had goblin assault in it.
get a goblin, attack, sac it, get a 1/1 blocker.
i mean it's not impressive per say, but it comes in very useful as a utility card. especially if you're running a deck with exalted.
there are worse cards.

There was once [The Pack], but no more.

When it has an amoeboid changeling as a buddy.
combine an ooze with the changeling and with any creature with exalted, and you can have an ooze that keeps getting sac'd to get larger permanently.
A large enough Ooze (4/4 or better) will also enjoy nameless inversion, allowing it to re-Ooze at larger size.
Sarkhan + Garden
bunch of elves + Heritage Druid + Death Greeter + Garden (tap all elves for mana, ooze the tapped elves for untap, giving you life)
Exalted + Ooze (attack with single creature, if it lives, ooze it after combat)
Flamekin Brawler + Ooze
Maybe not really good tournament options, but it sounds fun.
I'm going to laugh my ass off if at Worlds, some Japanese player Top-8's with a deck that breaks this card.
Alternately, Bog Hoodlums-Aggro.
