I really like, but at the same time hate that first deck. ugggg. It is just horrid if you don't draw that null profusion though. Also, i'm assuming that you dnit own more overgrown tombs/blood crypts/stomping grounds. If you can find a good way to search for a null profusion, I think this could be an amazing deck.
The second one isn't that impressive though, sorry. Great idea on the first though.
I think the first one is too tricky to really pull off - you need to stall until you draw a Null Profusion, which is tough with a combo-heavy base. If it works, it's great though. Good Johnny-steriotyical build.
I LOVE the idea of the second one. This is what I've been looking for since I first heard about the pacts. Running all 5 and upkeep step skippers/game un-losers is the fun kind of deck that I love to play with, whether it works or not. If I had the money to get all those rares I would definately try something along these lines. Props man.
Null deck should run a tutor or two, as well as Slaughter Pact, which I think is the most logical pact to put in.

'93-'94: Black Lotus, the moxen, and Mishra's Workshop introduced. Artifacts are broken.
'98-'99: Tolarian Academy, Tinker, Memory Jar, and Metalworker introduced. Artifacts still extremely broken.
'03-'04: Wizards decides to base a full block around broken artifacts.
'08-'09: You do the math. There will be broken artifacts in Rock Block. You will see.

I really like the first one, it seems like a fun, yet idiotic idea.

No Platinum Angel? that's a great card that's coming back in 10th. So that means we can have Pact Fun for a while in Standard too.
In the first one...why use summoner's pact if you're not going to go get a green creature? Isn't there something cheap you'd like to use? Or is it just for the Cantor and that's it?
With only 4 Wild Cantor and 4 Ornithopers whats the point of Minion's Murmurs?
Don't forget the Pact giants.
Slaughter Pact really SHOULD be in there, it's a typo that it's not
The reason there are few shocklands and mainly painlands is because with Summer's Bloom and Null Profusion, you might want to play 10 lands in a turn and have access to the mana. You know... before you LOSE NEXT TURN
It could run Demonic Tutor instead of Minion's Murmurs. What the deck REALLY needs is Spoils of the Vault. I'm gonna go ahead and make this puppy Extended. It's very land-light, might not work. Certainly needs testing:
In Legacy with Daze, FoW, Frantic Search, etc you could go all day with this combo. Tinder Wall is nice too. Too bad it's probably way too slow. Somebody play it at Columbus and tell us how it goes! (Also, play me first round!)
4 Null Profusion
1 Minion's Murmurs
1 Grapeshot
Freebies
4 Negation Pact
4 Pact of the Titan
4 Summoner's Pact
4 Ornithopter
1 Spellbook
Acceleration / Fixing / More Freebies
4 Rite of Flame
4 Seething Song
3 Summer Bloom
4 Wild Cantor
4 Sulfurous Springs
4 Karplusan Forest
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
3 Horizon Canopy
4 Swamp
4 Mountain
1 Blood Crypt
1 Overgrown Tomb
4 Ancient Grudge
11 other cards...
You want to be on the draw I think. Might work. Probably better in Extended with Cabal Ritual.
3 Summoner's Pact
3 Negation Pact
2 Intervention Pact
3 Slaughter Pact
3 Pact of the Titan
4 Isochron Scepter
2 Angel's Grace
4 Counterspell
4 Cunning Wish
4 Birds of Paradise
3 green utility critters???
20 fetchlands, duals, and basics
15 wishboard cards
Something like that. Eon Hub + Pacts is already nuts, but adding Scepter is just cruel. The other combo is Pacts + Scepter w/ Angel's Grace.
Anyway these are silly decks I threw together while waiting for class. I will probably build one or the other at some point

I like the idea though. I want to make a TEPS version that uses the Pacts to fuel the storm.
Don't forget the Pact giants.

4 Null Profusion
2 Tendrils of Agony
Tutor (ow, my life total)

Freebies

3 Ornithopter
4 Slaughter Pact
4 Negation Pact
4 Pact of the Titan
4 Summoner's Pact
4 Chrome Mox
3 Night's Whisper
1 Summer Bloom
Land (who needs it?)
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Polluted Delta
4 Bloodstained Mire
2 Mountain
2 Swamp
Uh that might be 61 cards or something, whatever.

Edit: D'oh I think Frantic Search is banned.
