I run a B/R deck with 4X Rack in it. It utilizes Cry of Contrition and Funeral Charm, along with burn and threats. I sideboard heavier hand disruption for control matchups. It's still in the testing phases though. If you're going to splash red, perhaps also consider Magus of the Scroll, he can be great. Shadow Guildmage isn't too bad either. I play him for his red ability but I might splash some blue for his other effect.
I think I might name the deck after House Targaryen from George R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire series (currently in the middle of A Storm of Swords), since they always struck me as the b/r family, or at least red. Aerys was was b/r, and maybe Rhaegar, Viscerys didn't live long enough, nor does he deserve to really be mentioned, Daenerys is more r/w. So I'll name it something like Rhaegar's Vengeance, or Aerys' Legacy. Aerys was known for torture, so The Rack would fit well. Damn, I'm such a geek....
EDIT: Actually, looking at my deck, here are some some character equivalencies (for any other Song of Ice and Fire nuts out there), on a very, very loose basis.
Magus of the Scroll: Aerys Targaryen, also known as King Aerys the Mad.
Rakdos Augermage: It's a real stretch, but maybe Rhaegar? Best I could do, sorry. Prince Viscerys, although power-wise it isn't that accurate, I see Viscerys as a 1/1, maybe a 2/1.
Dark Confidant: Lord Varys. He served Aerys too, didn't he? Wonder how Bob Maher would like being compared to a eunuch, heh.
Shadow Guildmage: Rossart, Aerys' Hand, before Jaime killed them both. Yeah, I know, he's much more red than black being a pyromancer and all, but this is a very loose basis.
I'm sure George R.R. Martin's cringing even now...
EW - I think your perception of Rhaegar will change, maybe upon a re-read. Rhaegar is not B/R, he's every bit as W/R as Dany, but you sometimes have to read between the lines to realise that.

Yeah, I'm starting to suspect that as Arstan, a.k.a. Ser Barristan, talks about him to Dany (I'm about halfway through A Storm of Swords). I was thinking of him from Robert's perspective, I think, since Robert hated the Targaryens and Rhaegar in particular. Eh, well, perhaps the Augermage could be Viscerys, then, he was quite sadistic. Power level wise it isn't very accurate (Viscerys would be a 1/1, maybe a 2/1 at best), but otherwise I think it represents Viscerys well. What do you think?

I believe there is a viable build of sui black out there. However the question is will anybody find it before states? Personally, after some extensive testing, and trying 5 different builds, I went ahead and built something else, Eminent Domain. I'll still try and test a build of sui black. Although maybe a way to go is a zombie route. You have Zombie Warchief, Lord of the Undead and Bad Moon to go with really good zombies like Withered Wretch. You could still run Stupors and the like as well. I'll try this build and see how it does. Although I have a feeling it may perform the same as the others, really bad.
