Blade is not a Moroii... His parents were human, mostly... His mother was sired before his birth... So, by definition Blade is a half-vampire not a Moroii. But if you want to relate to commonality, Connor, that guy from that show "Angel" would be a Moroii... He is a son of two undead vampires.
I knew that about Blade, but I was trying to give an example of the Vampire Hunter aspect, which is what Moroii usually become. I should have been more specific. Well, I have searched for the origin of Boros word. Suddenly it has striken me. There is a very common Hungarian surname...Vörös. The swap of B and V becomes clear if you add a bit of Russian alphabet, where the letter "V" is written as "B" Maybe they just mixed it up a bit. Vörös means "red". Do you see the connection?
And finally, boros IS also a Hungarian word... it means "vinous" or "having the color of red wine". So, maybe the connection that we are seeking for is just the red color.
I've heard Boros is connected to vinyards or wine making. Actually, according to an Online Hungarian/English dictionary vörös means :symr:. I also could not find any reference to voros or boros in the Russian language.

Given that the set was named "Arabian Nights" and that the original poster was making a joke, I think a little inaccuracy can be excused.

Please, Czech lands are (and were) an important historical area. Your mistaken view of my country comes from the fact that we spent over forty (1948-1990) years as a communist country under the dictate of Soviet Union. Only that could be a reason why you are putting us into Eastern Europe.
In fact, this region was always called "The Heart of Europe", symbolising its position in the CENTRE, and we have pretty much different history compared to ACTUAL eastern European countries.

Wow, I've actually learned something new. Kaliningrad (former Hanseatic city of Königsberg and site of the famous Seven Bridges puzzle) is surrounded by a tiny enclave of Russian turf sandwiched between the Baltics and Poland. That must be either cool (from a purely geographic curiosity point of view) or a real pain in the neck (from an administrative point of view).
I've got a toothache, so I'm headed to sleep but just had to check out this thread, which, guessing from the title, I expected to be full of crass and ignorant spoutings. I urge those of you who giggle at the thought of the "Kami-Pinko" standard environment, to please remove your heads from your asses, sit back, and relax, and maybe have a cold beer.
