Warp World - :5mana::symr::symr::symr:
Sorcery (R) Each player shuffles all permanents he or she owns into his or her library, then reveals that many cards from the top of his or her library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way into play, then puts all enchantment cards revealed this way into play, then puts the rest on the bottom of his or her library in any order.
Not that i'll actually ever build it but i had an idea for a casual deck using this card. The idea is a G/R deck using mana acceleraters like Rampant Growth, Sakura-Tribe Elder and Wood Elves to get as many lands into play as quickly as possible and then to use Warp World to turn those lands into as many fatties as possible.
It would rely on those fatties actually being shuffled to the top of your deck. It's possible that you just lay 8 lands and a few Sakura Tribe Elders back down.
But I love random stuff like that.
I had a green deck that used Stampeding Serow to repeatedly play Thicket Elemental and pop out a new fattie from my deck every time.
Well, if your going to waste so much space on small-creatures mana excel, all your going to get lucky with warp the worlds is more cards like STE and wood elves.

NTB is right. What you really need is to respond to WW by saccing all your permanents to something, so at least those weenies don't get shuffled back into your deck. With at least those removed, the odds of getting your fatties gets a little better.
You could also remove some of the weenies still in your library by playing Skyship Weatherlight the turn before you go off - or on that turn, if you are Mr. Mana Flare.
Mind you, this is all if you're really, really determined to use the card this way...there are certainly better cards than WW to make a general fast fatty deck.
Eternal Witness x4 will help ensure you get the Warp back for extra uses. Wood Elves, Deranged Hermit will help increase your permanent count, to make bigger and bigger warps.
Actually, my idea involving this card isn't centered around getting fatties into play, or anything... just deck them! Use 4x Forbidden Orchard and anything else you can think of to hand them tokens(Genesis Chamber?), and use Reverence or something to make sure you don't die from a rush of weenies. Use it in conjunction with regular milling like a Mesmeric Orb, and deliver the coup de gras by playing Warp to convert the loads of tokens into milling. Obviously not a good deck, but a fun one nonetheless
Saccing the weenies to reduce population is foolish, because it will reduce the number of cards you get off the warp. This does not, of course, apply to sakura-tribe elder (in which case the land feeds the warp). One possible way of feeding the warp is with tokens, such as from the 1G aura. Though you can use the 3GG convoke token maker it's a bit risky with warp because if you warp into it you get nothing.

Is it just me, or is this card asking to combo with Zuran Orb and Arcbound Ravager? Of course, Tooth and Nail gets the job done equally well... but less distruptive.
The important thing to know about Warp World it that you get your lands back untapped. So if you somehow get 8 lands, just cast another one.
Here's a possible deck, built to look like reanimator:
I'm going to have to say you should put in Goblin Charbelcher...
Green can pump out lands like crazy, which you want, and Charbelcher can stack your library so you get what's needed.
You can swap blue in for green in order to get library manipulation to brainstorm away that Colossus you just drew...
this is the Red High tide albeit much more expensive. To bad the Enchantments come in last, with Seed the land you could get exponential growth out of this plus a Eternal Witness.
the Chamber/orchard thing to deck oppenent is not only hilarious but mightily evil i'll have to build it for legacy at the least, with Varchild's Crusaders and that other guy that gives your opponent exponential critter tokens.. then i could run Squandered resources and Ashnods altar to tailor how many permenants i have..
As for type 2, Without a way to recur the Warp i see this being just kind eh. Maybe r/g with excel and Heartbeat of spring and some token goodness, with 2 of these in hand might be cool, ooo Wait Reclaim with this and some Sensei's top action might interesting.. hmm..
I can see this Making a Decent extended Infinity Loop deck... with Eternal Witness and Heartbeat of springs. The Only spells you run in the deck are your win conditions. everything else is a permenant that produces mana or sacs to draw cards...
Gonna do some research then post a list or two.
Edit: Just realized what your win Condition is in this.. No need for Spells at all.. Kumano, Kiki-Jiki, Bloodfire colossus and Thundermare. Throw in every creature based excel and maybe a set of Reach's/farseeks. and maybe a few copies of the Flame berserker to give your elves/bird haste..
Except that running non-permanent cards increases your chances of flipping over a non-permanent when you play Warp World. You WANT to play a permanent-heavy deck, even if it's just weenies.
Compare:
10 lands in play.
Play Rampant Growth, 11 permanents in play.
You get to shuffle and reveal 11 cards.
vs.
10 lands in play.
Play Wood Elves, 12 permanents in play.
You get to shuffle and reveal 12 cards.
See? The possibility of flipping over the same Wood Elves is negated by the fact that it was essentially a 'free' flip. Besides, would you rather reveal Kodama's Reach or Wood Elves with Warp World?
If it weren't so unpredictable, I'd think this card might even have a use in competetive play. Ravnica gives us Birds and Saprolings, 9th Edition gives us the Urzatron, and Kamigawa gives us Snakes - also featuring plenty of token production. But as long as you have to just hope that it drops the right fatties into play...
Pity Mirrodin won't still around to give us big fat artifact creatures that you can put into any color deck.

There are three kinds of people in the world; those that played Affinity and were good, those that played Affinity and were bad, and those that got their butts kicked by Affinity.
I'm not sure how much this card really benefits from the Urzatron. It's only got 5 colorless in its cost, meaning it doesn't use the Urzatron to full advantage, and you'd probably rather have more lands in play than less. That way you get more chances of flipping your fatties.
basically, the game plan for this deck is something similar to the Sway of the Stars decks. you ramp up your mana and then Warp into better cards and hope you are better at warping than them. so, a deck of creatures that Do ThingsTM when they come into play are good for this deck. especially if that thing they do is destroy something else...like Avalanche Riders or make tokens. you either break synergy by killing their stuff so they have a weak warp, or by making more things than them so you haver a bigger warp.

So what do you think?
Warp World would probably best be used to do really stupid stuff in a 10 player multiplayer game.
But I love random stuff like that.

Yay Crumbling Sanctuary
WoW is so addictive.
Yeah I think we've pretty much beaten that to death in the other thread.
