Ziatora's Envoy will allow you to grind out as much value from the top of your deck as possible, and trample makes a free spell more and more likely to happen.
Not quite sure where you are going, but i don't think it works. The second damage Saskia allows is not combat damage. However, give the Envoy double strike...
This is indeed a nice card, 5/4 Trample for 4 mana cost is already a decent rate, and it's all upside from there.
I'm amused you can read this as "damage dealt from the top of your library."

I’m 80% sure it’s talking about all damage dealt this turn not just itself.
it doesn't say where nor “combat” after the part of its own damage

It's referring to the triggering damage, which the trigger condition specifies is combat damage.
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.

what
WILL THEY EVER GET THIS RIGHT TO NOT POORLY WORD A CARD!
(it supose to say "total damage it dealt")
Guys, the wording is perfectly fine, it's just the length of the wording that might throw some people off. Read it like this:
Whenever Ziatora's Envoy deals combat damage to a player, look at the top card of your library. You may [...] cast a spell with mana value less than or equal to the damage dealt from the top of your library without paying its mana cost...
The only damage being referenced is the combat damage this creature is doing to the player, so obviously that's the "damage dealt".

I'm wondering why it's not:

the regular art is great, its like they smash through the table and then look at the contract to see who exactly they are trying to sledge. Flavor win would be give them a Behemoth Sledge or any Sledge artifact.

I do notice they do not like commas at all.
Strong enough to be playable in constructed, I think
still, I can't imagine playing this for the Blitz cost like ever.
