Bam! Here we go! This variant on Sunset Pyramid is a heck of a lot more useful after you've drawn all the cards from it, and even before you've drawn all the cards from it.
It actualy looks very good. 2 mana 4/4 is great & crew 3 is nothin in the right deck. too bad it doesnt have vigilance to be able to both attack & draw.
if at offense early, attack.
When in defense, draw, draw, draw.
I was not expecting our latest Mazemind Tome/Treasure Map variant to be a vehicle, but here we are I guess. I'm not entirely sure what kind of deck is in for this card, because you probably want *some* number of actual creatures in your deck so you don't have to rely on it ticking all the way down to attack with it, but you also have to be a deck that's ok with just durdling around activating this a bunch of times.
I guess I could see it out of the board in midrange decks against control or maybe in control mirrors where you are kinda okay with a durdly source of card advantage that eventually will be turning sideways? I don't know....weird card.
Someone help this Mazemind Tome variant, I think it got lost on the way to a heist in New Capenna.

It‘s only done once because the removing of a counter is part of the costs for activating the ability.
It's not even nearly in the same league.
but I can understand the reasoning haha
as some people suggested, if it had Vigilance so it could attack and also do that Mazemind Tome impression in the same turn, it would be pretty nice.
