I'm kind of intrigued by that massive vehicle commander. Seems really nice to have a noncreature artifact that draws you 2 and spits out a 1/1 every turn. Sure you have to discard 1, but that's still incredible card advantage. White has some aristocrats style cards and both colors have enough ways to manipulate and exploit your graveyard, too. Blue/white reanimator perhaps?
I am surprised how ... repetitive and uninventive some of the names ssem to be.
Keimi (the toad) and Kaima (the kami)
Kura (the green dragon) and Kuro (Pitlord)
Kosei (the o-bakemono hermit) and Yosei.
Katsumasa and...well... Tatsumasa.

Yea, thats some next level alphabet soup.
Maybe we get an Un-Card that lets you replace 1 character or something to play around with
Love the vehicle deck, it defiantly looks like a great base for the Kykar deck I want and even has a vehicle animator I wanted from having blue in the deck.
“There are no weak Jews. I am descended from those who wrestle angels and kill giants. We were chosen by God. You were chosen by a pathetic little man who can't seem to grow a full mustache"
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
Argh, I wish the vehicle commander had red in the colour identity, and didn't have the ultra corny flavour text. Really missing out on some good vehicle cards by not having red. I still really like vehicles though.
I like the goad commander too.

The restriction to auras you control on modified seems unnecessarily confusing. Dead Weight doesn't count, but -1/-1 counters and borrowed equipment do? Maybe there's something in the set that makes it necessary, but it feels weird to me.

Its rare to have equipment you don't control attached to a creature you control and counters don't track ownership, but auras are often used as removal and the aura clarification prevents you opponent from accidentally powering you up by trying to pacify your creature.
Those new commanders all seem lack luster and super gimmick. Outside of maybe 6-7 out of 20+ all seem like skipable and lack luster. They should just make them 60 card brawl decks imo, at least the cards would be able to find unexpected homes in pioneer/standard, and people oppening collector boosters wouldn’t open soo often non standard legal cards.
Can't wait to see the Japanese localisations of some of these names. What the heck is "Shorikai" supposed to mean or refer to? It sounds like one of those pseudo-Japanese names I made up for my Naruto OCs in high school.
I also thought moonfolk were supposed to have names that didn't sound quite like regular Japanese names (making them feel otherworldly), but apparently that has changed and they're just another tribe with stock character names now.

As to Shorikai, not sure. Google says "Processing Meeting" but that's seems meaningless. Curious if it means anything to a native speaker. As to Moonfolk names, are Erayo and Tamiyo weird and Kotori stock? I don't know enough about Japanese names to tell one way or the other.
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Erayo and Tamiyo both use a more modern (80s-90s vs. earlier) Japanese naming convention where the more traditional name endings of -o for males and -ko for females are both replaced with -yo. I will also say, though, that the names don't sound quite normal, comparatively. Kotori does sound more normal to me, though I honestly couldn't tell you why without more thought.

Now these I really really like!
Now I don’t want to hear a PEEP from those who complained about Kamigawa’s « too futuristic appearance. » none whatsoever.

Japanese has far fewer sounds in its language than English. (Roughly half.) This does lead to a more repetitive sound to particularly names.

they Did the impossible besides group hug a perfect home for Vow of lightning and Vow of Wildness
Cool UW vehicles. Something new. Green/Red deck: easy pass unless theres a broken card inside.

In this case, the "o" in Shorikai is actually a long vowel sound, usually romanized as "ou" or "ō".
Shouri - victory, triumph, conquest, success
Kai - all, everything
In English, I would put the name down as Supreme Victory (or Great Success if you're feeling quirky )
