cheap card draw that avoids most damage-based, non-combat removal (by that I mean X damage to target attacking/blocking creature). Prismari will love this.

It does say instead, so it is a replacement effect, and you don't lose from not being able to exile cards from your library, so my immediate thought is yes: she does prevent you from losing to `a failure to draw`.
o.O She seems too slow for most versions of storm I've played, but holy hell that effect is exactly the sort of consistency boost that deck wants, and she dodges bolt....
You might not want to put too much hope into suspend if you can't draw it into your hand. Though you can suspend it before casting Eruth of course - just finding more copies could put a dent in your game plan.

Are you sure? Maybe I miss something, but as I understand, if both are on th BF and you cast a spell, Arjun triggers, you put your hand on the bottom, then you exile twice that many cards, so your hand will be empty :|

Valid point there. You'd get a huge burst of cards on the first trigger, but yeah, you're right.
After giving this card some thought, I am not the biggest fan of this card as it is a R/U ability that works with relatively few red cards.
While this card obviously works well with looting, red gets very little of that outside of of faithless looting/salvaging and this card quickly shuts down most red card draw that uses discard as a cost (Like cathartic Reunion or thrill of possibility). It works well enough with avaricious dragon and smaller “wheels” like dangerous wager or Anje’s Ravager but I’m not sure how much of that stuff there really is in red (especially as wheels that draw cards equal to what you discard are also quickly shut down by this ability)

And it makes Brainstorm absolutely ridiculous.
Some honorable mentions that aren't *quite* as combo-riffic:
Squee, the Immortal and Eternal Scourge, for being able to be played beyond the turn Eruth exiles them.
Prosper, Tome-Bound, if you put them both in a Grixis-colored deck, for lots of treasures.
