Was the Jerren in this video Jerren, Corrupted Bishop? I would have thought he died at the hands of the demon, instead of werewolves.
Ah, so that's his name. Well, Jerren from the cards is the demon bishop, not Heron's Grace orphanage master so idk
He was so handsome I thought that it was Cosper Lowe Come on, make a card for Cosper Lowe and Jenrik's geist at least!
There is nothing in the existing lore that Jerred the Bishop can't also be running an orphanage. Historically, some churches did run orphanages. "Heron's Grace" would imply he is a part of the Sigardan congregation, except that he is corrupt. To outsiders, the orphanage might be caring for kids that lost their parents, but Jerred is obviously using them for hard labor. That isn't different than how orphanages were depicted in stories like Oliver Twist.

I suppose he could be both. Would be nice to have more lore on this

I don’t think Cosper would be a jerk though like that guy. For me if/when they make his card it better be awesome. Commander playable and handsome art work!

Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone
They need to go more on this. And that's one thing that bothers me about MTG worldbuilding and such. They don't give us more visuals. We've never witnessed a planeswalker getting their spark (you could argue Elspeth in Theros Beyond Death when she was close to drowning but that might be something else altogether); we've never seen what the planes look like physically (outside of Dominaria)...If they added more visual flavour to the game like this then it wouldn't matter what else they do. That would easily safeguard and secure their unique position in the fantasy IP cesspool.
On to another thing. I thought for a moment the doctor was Lynde but it's clearly not. I wonder who that was.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

YES!!!!
His artwork needs to be handsome. Ideally with a viable effect in commander, but I don’t mind as long as the art is an appropriate depiction. I agree he would most likely be a confident, kind, gentle/disciplined character, probably mono White, but his general appearance in my mind’s eye matches this guy from the trailer - young, German/Caucasian, blonde, nice facial hair, blue eyes, handsome. But clearly less menacing in his appearance and more wise.
Except for the Zendikar Rising trailer none of the trailers are meant to be fully canon and just give the views an idea of what the set is about. They likely used Jerren, either character and/or just the name, since he's a character in lore who fits as the church orphanage abusive leader.

“There are no weak Jews. I am descended from those who wrestle angels and kill giants. We were chosen by God. You were chosen by a pathetic little man who can't seem to grow a full mustache"
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
The doctor is Lynde, she's the werewolf from the start of the trailer.
Lynde is not a Werewolf though.
So if you make a guess, how about the first thing you do is check the actual artwork we have for the character for the prominent facial scar. Lynde doesn't have one.
Werewolves in human form are routinely depicted with the scar of their infection visible - it's also commonly a feature shown to be consistent across transformation and hence a strong visual identifier of a character. Which is why Arlinn, the most prominent Werewolf character, has a facial scar. That is also why the most prominent werewolf character from the video has the scar; we are supposed to be able to tell that the black werewolf and the doctor are the same character.
Knowing this, any depiction of a character without scar or with a scar that is obviously different is a different character.
Red hair is fairly common in Innistrad (not surprising considering the germanic roots it has, which are also apparent in terms and names). So there is really little of a point to guess every red-headed character while the more strongly distinguishing feature is missing.
---
There is a stronger case for Jerren/Jerren identity with the same name (though... it happens to distnct characters as well), but I have to wonder... wouldn't Ormendahl's cleric have a better way to dispose oftheir orphans than throwing them to the (were))wolves? This seems more like behavior driven by greed and disregard for human life than actual (profane) religious fervor. Plus, while their respective deaths are only implied in both media, card and video, they seem to meet a different ultimate fate from each other.

Thanks for sharing the link. I was wondering when we will get information about Liesas return. It isn't totally clear but I seems to be a demonic pact or Angels behaving similar to demons in Innistrad and just reborn after being slayed. I can hope to get a new Gisela in the future than... Well it took Liesa a long time to reform but who knows.

it depends on gisela and Bruna because I need to remind that they got turned into one eldrazi it depends if the two can resurrect human again and didn't cause those 2 to cease to exist due to the corruption
Perhaps the ritual will have had enough energy to catalyze the reformation of Bruna and Gisela, which in turn returns day to Innistrad, but does not purge the evils completely.
Or their essence got fused and the returning Angel will be Brisela as Jeskai Angel with some visual features from both Angels. (not 4 arms and 2 heads and etc.)
I preferred when the trailers were animated card art and actually pertained to the story.
I like the animations but i really don't get why the trailers must always be so disconnected with the "real" story.

It doesn't have to. I really don't get why a person talking about their personal preference gets a response like that about how things "must" be. I totally get the preference though:
The main story has many cool storryline moments and aspects that would greatly benefit from animation.
The storyline spotlight cards could be put in order and context in a much more digestible form than the written stories.
Using card illustration and stories actally ties the trailer to the product it is a trailer for more closely.
I liked the pivotal story moment shown for WAR and would have liked a reason to care as much about the Eldraine story. It's an actual fairy tale world, so getting it told like a fairy tale would have been cool etc.

The trailers are back this ones almost like a horror story
And guess what this trailer trumps all the other trailers after war of the spark or throne of eldraine.
