This white removal is pretty good. Declaration in Stone, but instant, hits walkers and don't kill duplicates.
the green Adversary has probably the best baseline.... 3 mana for a 4/3 trampler is pretty serious.
but I think it's also kinda the worst "multikicker" effect.... you're paying so your lands can be bolted... haha
Normally white got "exile" removal (arguably better than this) and at uncommon even.
This hits planeswalkers which is something at least.
Instant speed helps it to be relevant, certainly does the job as a formerly black removal (as black gets exactly that, without the investigate, which kinda bleeds the color pie again).
Interesting that the green one is the only one not at 2-MV. Too bad it has to use lands rather than making tokens. Still quite powerful. Standard wolves likes it at a minimum
Finally some delicious good white removal
The green adversary looks quite weak, but at least it is up for werewolf shenanigans

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Judging by Sorin's expression there is probably a note in the coffin that can be summed up as saying, "Swiggity swooty, I've got your dad's booty. Signed, your future mother in law."

Never forget whose grace and favor led to your success and always give your thanks, otherwise you might be doomed to loose it.
Primal Adversary doesn't have two things which usually exist in many land animation cards: an end of turn clause, or a way to untap lands. I worry the latter is a big strike, but with all the Wolf/Werewolf support it could've been a problem.
If the pattern with the other Adversaries' art holds, there should be something that belongs to Intrepid Adversary in here. Is it the hat?
I am in love with Primal Adversary. Just like all the cards, it's a good early game play or a great late game play. I wouldn't be doing the multikicker on it unless it's for my alpha strike. Considering the fact that those lands remain wolves forever - I think you have to be going for the kill. That being said, I think it's a great way to accomplish that goal.
so the last one animates lands to wolves thats nice but that made a brutal error and made the cmc 2G when should have been 1G since thats the cmc for the other 4
and heres the colorlation to each one and theres something else there in all of them...they all might be in the same house/mansion
colored circles = Adversary Connection
Colored Arrows = similarity's of the mansion
ATTACHMENTS
Reference for fighting each other and in the same house

thats a neat reference in all of them. maybe they're all just souls that the hostile hostel has devoured
anyway i'm glad the green one isnt so great outside of standard where i think it'll shine, and limited where it is a massive bomb
All the 4/3 trampler for 1G proofed to be pretty bad in constructed ... the irony is rough.
Wildwood Patrol is "common" 4/2 trample at 2G , so we are not far off to get a 1G 4/3 trample at mythic and call it fair (as its over the top, but still not really critical to break anything).
Goyf at 1G as a 4/5 and the like is also not even "good" anymore at this point.
Territorial Kavu arguably a 5/5 for RG , still underwhelming in todays insanity of a game.
White removal with very little strings attached/minimal tradeoff is good I hear. That pseudo-multikicker card...I mean if you have enough mana to afford the multikicker/strive cost then it could make a difference.

Innistrad has always been about 5 tribes + angels & demons. This is the past. If speaking of 90's sets mentality is the main angle to criticize this set, I'd say Wizards did a good job.

Primal Adversary is from Gaby Spartz, while Fateful Absence is from ChannelFireball.
I foresee myself going nuts with a late game Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to avoid tapping all of my lands and pummeling people with them. My Commander wolf deck isn't extraordinarily powerful but it's highly synergistic. It won't be uncommon for me to turn my lands into 3/3 wolves with deathtouch (either with the new Saryth, the Viper's Fang, Wren's Run Packmaster, or Bow of Nylea) and a Fynn, the Fangbearer out of nowhere. I love it.
Also, DAAAAAAMN, best mono-W removal since Path!

[Commander] Rafiq of the Many (Tier 1)
[Commander] Marchesa, the Black Rose (Tier 1)
[Commander] Five Color Artifacts (Tier 2)
In the past they would have done it, with extreme sets like Torment (lots of black) , or Legion (all creatures).
Today the sets are more generic checklist style, they pretty much do the same over and over again.
