Trample? +1/+1 counter gaining? Self bounce? Getting up to three whole cards in hand on leaving the battlefield? That's a lot bundled into a 3 mana 3/3 package.
Wow, I'm not entirely sure about Standard since it would really help to have fetchlands together with self milling to make the most out of this guy, but maybe some weird brew using this card shows up in Modern, or even in Pioneer where Fabled Passage is not rotating out as this enters.
Well there's your middle finger to mill decks after the core of them (ROGUES!) are leaving standard. Cute design. And it triggers for EACH land, not just one or more. Will it amount to anything? Ehh, maybe? Well, with those "discard a card to do X" cards (usually lands) will become more valuable alongside this.
I guess Book of Exalted Deeds could use this as a buffer against land hate (Faceless Haven et al!) once it becomes legal in Standard following rotation.
Makes you wonder what mechanics we'll see in Crimson Vow and upcoming releases thereafter.

I feel like Mill will still have many of their key pieces from Zendikar?

Oh yeah, mill isn't going anywhere. Rogues were unfortunately tied to that mill strategy but it'll still be apparently alive and well even once rotation happens.

With seismic assault feeding the graveyard, all you need to do is blink him to keep going. Any repeatable blink that would eat +1/+1? I guess as a jank combo you could use cauldron of souls and a sacrifice outlet.

The enforcer is the real hit as it was pretty much a 4 of in every build but I can see the deck surviving - if a little hobbled - with just the Zendekari rogues. As for the other cards I don't know that they were all that consistent across builds and I'm fairly sure they can be replaced.

Enforcer is the best start, Into the Story is the best late game. People only skip Lurrus to run Zareth San, the Trickster, but that version is less popular. Borrower is probably not that big a deal.
Lands? On the battlefield? I thought we were supposed to just keep sending them back and forth between my hand and graveyard for value.

I'm here to tell you that all your set mechanics are bad
#Defundthepolice
stuff like cycling lands are kinda crazy
this is a good thing imo.
I am so into this legend. will actually get my k&t lands into something more coherent and focussed on winning instead of durdling.
this will probably be built in a simic fashion of the gitrog monster

Rogues is losing some pretty core cards in Thieves' Guild Enforcer, Into the Story, Brazen Borrower and Lurrus of the Dream-Den
