On first read I thought it was okay, made a body or two... then I re-read and saw that it makes two Zombies per 2B. Between some amount of recursion and this, Zombies shouldn't be too afraid of sweepers.
WOW. That's a lot of stats. As mentioned, the floor is great on this, and the most common 5 mana version gives you 7/8 worth of stats spread across three bodies. Granted the decayed zombies are sort of one time use, but still.
Also, unlike the white one (which is also pushed), this would benefit from you blinking it even if you are just paying the same 2B each time it re-enters, since you get two decayed zombies each time.
I do not know about anyone else's opinion here, but I am starting to get a bit tired of seeing zombie tokens with decayed. With this set I would hope for having some zombie tokens that can block, and zombie tokens that do not die after one attack. I get it, that is the flavor of the tokens and the set, but sometimes they can push a mechanic a little too much. I see them push mechanic too much in the past, such as the second time we visited Zendikar.
There's a lot more I really like in the set, but I do feel let down on the zombie tokens.

They typically only use one type of token for each creature type in a set. Your best bet for zombie tokens without decayed is in the commander decks, but its unlikely.
These "mythics" are really just rares reduced by 1 colorless manacost, thats all that makes them "mythic" ...
Pathetic designs and terrible "mythics" (as thats exactly the kind of design that forces a card to be relevant, simply by pushing it so hard on every angle, as the base-stats are already over the top).

Beside that, cards just "meh". Its pushed to be relevant in standard, and thats about it ... hate this design.
Ok so with the blue adversary release we now know that in the art is an easter egg of one of the other adversaries.
Blue one's hand shows in white's art and Black's hand shows up in blue's art. So somewhere in this one's art is a clue about either the red or green adversary.
EDIT: The Red adversary is most likely a vampire due to the bats in the picture.

They correspond with the ally-color tribes so far, which would suggest red is vampire, green is werewolf/wolf (wolf if they didn't want to make one member of the cycle double faced).
Also, where's the hand in the blue one? I believe you that it's there, but I cannot find it and now I must know.
Edit: Saw your post in the other thread and I see it now (bottom right, extended art for anyone else looking).
Again it’s ETB versus cast so this can try again for more tokens and make this a bigger creature
and Even better there’s a potential this a 2 cmc creature cycle

Actually it's more like a better version of Kavu Titan

And Bloodchief's Thirst is a worse Hero's Downfall.

it has the spawn zombie thing
|| UW Jace, Vyn's Prodigy UW || UG Kenessos, Priest of Thassa (feat. Arixmethes) UG ||
Cards I still want to see created:
|| Olantin, Lost City || Pavios and Thanasis || Choryu ||
it's not bad, but not amazing also.
Combo potential in edh, relevant tribe, works well with doubling season, late game mana dump with bodies attached.
Hell even as a 2/3 with death touch it can pull some weight
I think even in standard itll do a lot more than people expect
