Indomitable Adversary 1W
Creature - Human Scout (Mythic Rare)
Lifelink
When Indomitable Adversary enters the battlefield, you may pay 1W any number of times. When you do, put that many courage counters on Indomitable Adversary.
Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each courage counter on Indomitable Adversary.
3/1
The first of the mythic cycle from MaRo's teaser. Important to note that the ability that puts counters is an ETB ability, so you can reset it by blinking it with mana open and also that you don't have to pour mana into it if it gets countered. Another point is that it pumps itself with the anthem effect, so it can also be a 4/2 lifelinker for 2WW, a 5/3 lifelinker for 3WWW, etc.
EDIT: Thank you Tainted Adversary for part of the cycle's translated name.
This is way better than multikicker. Besides what was already mentioned, it works with reanimation, and white loves to reanimate cheap creatures like this. Or stuff like cloning or copying, but you would need other colors for that.
Seems good. Flexible. I feel like is going to be the popular choice. Get a 4/2 lifelinker and +1/+1 to your board and early enough to be competetive for most creature centric decks in standard.

I think the multikicker version is all worth it when you realize that the multikicker version easily dodges Gut Shot/half a Lava Dart and the ETB version never can. I don't think being cheaper if removed in response, working better if countered, working better with blink, and working better with reanimation compensate.
Imagine how cruddy Joraga Warcaller would be if it similarly had an ETB effect instead of its multikicker. Right when you want to count on it as a finisher, you can't because it dies to Bolt.
See to remind everyone it’s not mutikicker you have to pay with the casting cost this is and 5e other 4 are the first ever mutikick for ETB so you can flicker and reset them to a different number down the line in a commander game.
This guy seems neat. He's an aggressive curve filler with a decent rate who also has the potential to close out the game if you draw him late after you've already gone wide.

This is needlessly pedantic for something that's effectively going to function like multikicker 90+% of the time it's used.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
I agree, I doubt this will take its place in White-based aggro, this guy dies to even more removal than the Historian, and double strike is way better than +1/+1 in creature mirrors anyway since it makes trades less likely, to say nothing of the large increase in damage making a 2/2 a double striker instead of a regular 3/3. In Limited though, this guy is a definite 1st pick.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)
STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.

Well, yes, I do believe 4 drops are better than 2 drops.
Unless you are comparing one specific mode of a spell with another choice-less spell for the same cost, in this case yes, Blightning is better than Kolaghan's Command.
The Ozolith could be interesting with blink effects. Having to wait a turn to reap the benefit from Teleportation circle would probably be a bit too fragile, though. You wan the blink right before combat.

well at least this is stackable and can be better in late game
but i do always compare stuff based on mana cost yes

"yeah that's never going to happen"
Bro do you even EDH?

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

I'm not exactly sure what EDH deck is going to care a lot about the possibility of reanimating a small creature that you can pump mana into (in that moment) to get an anthem effect. The synergy with Sun Titan is definitely there, but you'd probably have to be running a token strategy or something that especially synergizes with a size boost in order to really care.

Please tell me where I said that it would never happen.
Go ahead, I'm waiting.
And if I'm dedicated to making tokens in EDH, then why would I play this clunky slop when I have access to an effect like Coat of Arms or Cathars' Crusade?

So this cycle is gonna be fun.

These are glorified uncommons, just -2 colorless mana to justify them being mythic ...
