Decayed is an interesting mechanic - and perfectly suited to zombies, especially Innistrad ones - and Wilhelt does it quite well. Definitely a good addition to any UB zombie deck.
Sigarda is once again underwhelming compared to her first card.

Cheeseburger, french fries, chocolate shake, somebody's mind I's about to take!
Decayed and Disturb. What elegant mechanics. Seems like they took that "if it attacks [or blocks], sac ~" clause into a keyworded mechanic. Disturb is a cute way to embolden the day/nightbound mechanics. I approve.
EDIT: So is Teferi our planeswalker protagonist in this storyline plot chapter thing?
Decay is a flavorful and good way to push zombie tokens.
So the day and night cycle and the weird star? things are after effects of Emrakul in the moon which is a nice way to have the lore flow.
Tovolar is great kinda of a meme that all commander do anymore is let you draw cards but werewolves did need some help with card draw. The human side is nice to help transform both kinds of werewolves and having Kessing Wolf Run-like effects on the werewolf is flavorful and lets you do stuff when you can't cast more than one spell.
I didn't see Sigarda going along with the coven since it would seem a pagan vs church thing was being set up, though harvest festive angel isn't something I knew needed in my life. Its going up there with eldraiz horror angel.

"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
Tovolar is kinda good.
Jadar is good for sacrifice decks, kinda like a cheaper Ophiomancer.
Wilhelt has combo potential with things that makes you create other types of tokens(plus a conspiracy effect) or removes abilities from tokens, etc. If you want to run a BUG or WUB deck focused around tokens, then Conspiracy+Chatterfang, Squirrel General or Divine Visitation +sac outlet.
Also lategame lands or late fast lands... Looks good imo.
Sigarda is ok, not super good for competitive old formats tho.
Also hope the legendary Disturb creature isn't a known one (with other legendary cards) would hate if they did Thalia wrong.

I was wondering that too, but thinking now that with shadows/eldritch we left the church pretty much shattered right? Avacyn turned evil and killed, the church's high command all corrupted by Emrakul, so maybe it makes sense that the last remaining of the original angels has sort of turned her back on that and is willing to do anything in order to help the humans.
Damn they really have an hard time designing a commander that isn't "do X, draw a card"

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

And there might still be Avacyn worshippers who could be the more traditional church as well now I'm thinking. Definably helps bring the green aspect of the human tribal out more.

Jadar is interesting but certainly not Ophiomancer. A vanilla 2/2 is not as good as a Deathtouch 1/1 in most cases, and only triggering on your turn instead of each player's turn is about 25% as good in multiplayer.
am i misjudging sigarda or isnt she a rather weak mythic ?
It's a 4/4 Flying Trampler for 4. It's also a lord. And she also generates card advantage. At her absolute worst, if Humans are a thing in Standard, she'll see play as a curve topper.
She's no Winota, and to that I say "thank God".
The flavor of Beloved Beggar literally made me choke up. Well done, WoTC.
As a lifelong (well, since 1994) GW player, the new Sigada makes me sad, mostly just because she's a worse Winota. I'll still try to build her, of course; at least I can run all three SIggies in one deck.
I do not like the word Decayed. Like, the wording on the UB legend is quite bad ("...if it didn't have decayed"). Decay would have worked better or perhaps a different word.

The token also can't block which seems important.

"Hail to the speaker, hail to the knower; joy to he who has understood, delight to they who have listened." - Odin
Werewolf guy having Kessig Wolf Run as an ability is awesome. Disturb is basically flashback for creatures which I think is sweet. I like Investigate coming back.
Those lands though--they're amazing for control and bigger midrange decks. I'll probably want to snag a set of all of those for the stash box.
Do something, draw a card ... bravo WotC, you outdid yourselves again. I'm in awe at your commander design choices...
Snarkiness aside, I really like the art on the middle version of Arlinn. Can't wait for the full-res version of it to show up on mtgpics. The art for the "slowlands" is nice as well.
As far as mechanics go, I like that they're experimenting with abilities that have tradeoffs like decayed. There has been way too big of a focus on "only upside" mechanics in the last few years.
Why is Sigarda, the leader of an Angel faction, this disconnected with her own kind. I get it, Angels in Innistrad cares for humans but they could do it like with Bruna, the Fading Light or Herald of War. She would be a cool Angel commander or engine at least and green works nice with the other expensive angels, too. We already had our human-lover Sigarda card :/. The art is beautiful too but there is no reason to play her outside of human strats.
meatpeople here to help us fight the longer nights. So, here's the who's who.EDIT: Throwing this in from the show, despite not having flavor text yet.
My excitement cannot be contained. I am so happy with that card!

*fawns* Sigarda...I'm in love.

Elspeth and Jhoira rock my world.
The Teferi art and Sigarda's Eternal Night version look cool too.
edit: that blue/black zombie legend is sweet. I also like the new ophiomancer variant legend.

I'd say, so far the set looks quite promising
W(W/U)U Ephara - Flash & Taxes W(W/U)U || B(B/G)G Meren - Circle of Life B(B/G)G
RGW Marath - Ever shifting Wilds RGW || (U/R)C(W/B) Breya - Artificial Dominion (U/R)C(W/B)
UBR Becket Brass - take what you can, give nothing back UBR

wonder what makes them change idea
Probably the part where the "all-downsides" text of Decayed is two sentences long, not one.
