There is also a part describing Spirits, that he makes note off stating the original block did not do much for the tribe and that in the new set Spirits will have a better tribal identity.
"Looking back, if I dropped the ball anywhere in the set it was with Spirits. While every other tribe had a strong mechanical connection, Spirits ended up being mostly "things white and blue normally do." It's not that they didn't make sense with Spirits, but I wish I'd had a more cohesive plan. I'm happy that Spirits in the upcoming Innistrad sets have a better sense of mechanical identity."

Hopefully it will synergize with Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Spirits as well.

And yet spirits are the best competitive tribe out of all innistrad. Weird how magic works.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Yes but that’s outside commander
the original kamigawa block started the whole thing with spirit tribal and in 5-color (abzan is main blue and red splashed)
commander is yet to have a legend for them O-Kagachi, Vengeful kami clearly doesn't cut it with lack of tribal support ability plus could have been a better card.
In the handoff for innistrad you see this at the bottom
so tormorrow we get the line up for 2022 but one week later innistrad
Hopefully they give us some of those Teasers like they used to do in the Duelist.
There is no reason to think we are getting any spoilers/clues for innistrad tomorrow. At least, no reasons based on things we’ve been explicitly told.
